Liposuction will actually make a loose skin situation worse. She’s had gastric bypass it’s totally believable from looking at the pictures. She’s young so with exercise she can tighten her skin as she loses and after she’s at her ideal weight she can then have surgery to tighten her skin. She does not need lipo but will most likely need like a tummy tuck and other similar surgeries that remove excess skin. In my opinion she was beautiful before and is still beautiful now. I’m just happy that with the weigh loss, she’s in a much more healthy place. I dislike people who are cruel for no reason but I also know that being cruel and evil comes naturally to some people. They are not even aware that they’re evil because they likely grew up in an environment with no love. This woman faced a lot of abuse when she was fat. She was constantly shamed and dehumanized and then now that she’s decided to do the right thing and take steps to be healthy, someone takes out time to create a video to cause her more trauma. Please leave people alone to be happy.

This is definitely a gastric bypass. she is still going to get very slimmer. as she won't be able to eat large portions of Food anymore. or if she tries to do do that she might choke. she can no longer eat and drink at the same time or she will find it intolerable. The stomach is now smaller. everything around her now us going to be smaller. her throat. The way she swallows, she has to be Careful. I'M 61. I've had it done.
