i use to cut a lot to on my one arm and I was raised in a Christian family and I walked away from living for jesus for a while because I didn't understand everything that was going on in my life but I knew in my heart I wanted a deeper walk with Jesus but I didn't know how to pray or talk to Jesus I felt like I done to much wrong and I felt like I was hurting jesus when I use to cut amd one night I went to church and there was this prophet there who said jesus understand my pain and that he loves me and that I shouldn't be angry at my parents for what they did to me amd that jesus would heal all my pain both physical and emotional . I am now 17 and jesus set me free from cutting . I have a rare disease now called CRPS SYNDROME it'd the most painful disease in the world and I also have cerebaly palsy and scoliosis and the only thing that makes my life worth living is jesus because he is that light of hope for me that there are better days ahead even when I don't see that far down the road jesus is always that light at the end of every dark tunnel in mine and your life . my friend I know all to well how you feel and how you want to change trust me I been there with cutting I woukd always cry and say sorry but then sometimes when I be overwhelmed I use to cut over and over and then I just broke down crying for so many days because I felt so dirty and I wanted to make an change and jesus knew I wanted to my friend he knows your pain and your heart and it says in his word nothing csn separate us from the love of God my friend he knows we are human and he knows how we feel broken sometimes but jesus wants you to know he can be anything you need him to Ben in your life and he is always there for you and he loves you more then you can possible imagine I will pray for you because I know what it is like to cut and to want to change . Jesus will never give up on you but always encourage you it says in his word his is our greatest encourage and that he is no respect or of person meaning he loves everyone the same

+Sidney Barchett tx u for that fellow sis cuz I do want to change ive been a few days... and I cry so much after I cut cuz I know how I'm hurt God but it makes me so selfish. .. I'm willing to change cuz Ive went down really bad road.. being a victim of rape 3 times... and be bullied all my life.. but I know that he is the greatest encourager he wil see use true.. he wil see me true.. ur story touched me so much.. and I've felt like that we fall but we have to know too get back up, dust ourselves off and keep running the race.. never give up.. walk by faith and not by sight.. thx sistren all blessings and love in the name of el shaddei! +Kimberly Bennie I use to walk away from jesus because I never had my biological mother in my life she walked out of Me and my siblings life's when we where babies and I had 3 half siblings I never met and when I was 14 I decided to to see them because I was tied of always being promised later in life and I was already a teenager and I always thought if I could see them then everything would work out . the last 5 years of my life my dad has been in and put of jail for doing lots of things . and that's when I started cutting because I couldn't understand jesus plans for my life I thought if jesus loved me why did my mother not want me and why was my dad always in jail . but then I realized he not in control of what others do to us but he gives us all free will because he loves us so much and I am sorry to hear what all happen in your life you been through a lot but just always remember my friend nothing last forever one day if we keep pushing towards jesus all this pain will disappear one day jesus wants you to be set free he wants you to be happy he will always be your everything that you need him to be . you have a purpose in this world it says in his word we are all born for a reason and that we our not a mistake it says in his word before we where even born he knew us and he chose us before the foundation of the world . sure you and I may not understand his plans for our life but he does and he can't take all the hurt you experience and turned it into good . he will never stop loving you and doing good to you it says that in his word jesus knows how you want to change he knows you hurt and he wants to help you

Kimberly, when those thoughts come to you, write down you blessings so you can go back and read them...it's hard when the mind gets flooded with negative thoughts. Sometimes the only things to say is: Jesus!!!!! Help me!!!! and He really does. It's important not to let condemnation to overtake us - Rom 8:1 - because Jesus loved us BEFORE we ever were, fully knowing how much we were going to disappoint Him over the years. He is the one Who has the last word about us - He is a shield about us, He is our glory and the LIFTER of our heads... PEACE to you
