I am a 73 year old retired carpenter who, in the last three years, has become aware of the importance of music to humanity. I stumbled on to Pentatonix and Home Free music videos and was immediately captured by the abilities of the singers in these groups to reach me at a level that I had never experienced before . But, while their productions are amazing, the simplicity of your settings, your voices and the love that you exude with each song, brings tears of joy to me. You have found purpose in your young lives and you help to uplift the human spirit. Well said and i am 10 years older than you and I also just recently discovered these three and yes they are good, I discovered them as a result of following another young couple, Lucy and Martha Thomas, they sing a lot of the same songs and are the same type young moral clean and clear singers, Lucy the older sings a lot of solo songs and is the best singer I have ever heard, but these three are right there also, both fantastic and I thought you might also like to hear Lucy or Lucy with her younger sister Martha, they soothe the tired old souls !!! there are few I find worth the time to listen to and both these groups are more than well worth the time. enjoy !!!

Josh Groban released this song in 2003 the same year my Mother passed away suddenly. The song lyrics immediately touched every emotion I had and I cried every time I heard it (still do). Through my grief, the thought of my beautiful Mother being raised up brought me a lot of comfort. On the other hand my Mother raised me up to stand on any mountain. She made me the strong woman that I am today. The song speaks to me on both sides. The beautiful harmony that the three of you have gives me yet another reason to shed tears. Actually the song wasn't released by Josh Groban, it was first sung by Brian Kennedy in 2001. Who in my opinion is superior to Josh Groban's version. Josh did a cover of this song in 2003. Lifein3D excels in singing this song. I think this is the best version so far.

I’ve got goosebumps! This is a perfect song to celebrate what would have been my mom’s 96th birthday! She raised me up!!

Well, you made this old man cry again, humbled as I hold my heart in my hands. I have always liked this songs lyrics and yet was privileged enough to hear it sung as if for the first time. I am not a Christian, my faith, has always been held within me, earnt through a loving family and a life that has been both mild and cruel over my years.
