Anyone else feel like this meta is stale? Dagger Duchess is the only tower showcased, and it becomes uninteresting when it's the same thing over and over again. I miss the era of the only tower being Princess Tower, just as- and before Champions were released. I miss having only Wall Breakers played at the bridge as viable pressure. I miss cards that allow more skill expression. Am I blinded by nostalgia?

I wish we would get buffs and nerfs of ALLOT of cards. so that we could see strength in variety and maybe even new types of "off-meta" decks becoming meta.

I think this meta isn't quite stale yet because dagger duchess basically just came out and completely flipped the meta on it's head overnight which is inherently sorta interesting. But on the other hand dagger duchess is really annoying to play against and not very fun to play as, so if this dagger duchess nerf doesn't heavily reduce it's usage it's going to get boring really quick

new decks came up because of variations of new tower troops, I like not not a dps card in my deck to deal with tank win conditions and instead rely on cannoneer

same thing can be said with other more popular games like fortnite. all the ogs want og fn whilst the pros just play the game regardless of its current state, as thats what makes up their career. you just have to accept that the game will never revert back to its original roots and that you just have to accept that. if not then just quit and do something more productive then play this scamming game

I wouldn’t say spamming unprotected cards at the bridge is “expression of skill” it’s kinda the opposite. The tower troops have definitely mixed the meta up when they come out they just need to make it where one isn’t clearly the best.

Yeah I often miss that tesla pull on the hog rider as well. But dagger duchess.
