    Man spent my whole lifetime in jail, it's heartbreaking even though his probably done some heinous things his obvious regret makes me feel for him

    Plug mean inkani. He also mean than inkani you had before going to prison should help you survive and stand your ground in prison. Inkani can be tranlated as being 'stubborn' in english. The word in isiZulu and also in iXhosa also mean a stubborn person (umntu onenkani) doesn't care about consequences to their deeds. The 'plug' referred to here is an Afrikaans word, plak, meaning attitude. Tsotsitaal is hugely influenced by afrikaans. Plak=Attitude
