I think the complaint I have for primary guns and your comment saying you shouldn’t use a pulse on non red bars as that is using the weapon wrong when talking about kinetic tremors. You are wrong especially in end game content when pulse rifles have an anti champion mod available it is a great way to lock a champion down. Your statement nuked your credibility.

Slightly misleading to say 38% Exotics are getting -10% on red bars And legendarys are losing spec mods So no matter how you look at it 38% is not the case *The hot take on tremors not being great feels yucky, tremors is incredible on blast furnace especially with frenzy **ESPECIALLY when tremors gives us large Transcendence energy bcuz kinetics generate more energy Aside from that keep up the good work 👍

FYI, You cannot change the MW on adept crota (or root) weapons, even after triggering the 'crafting' state. Bungie *claims* that you were supposed to be able to do so, but they failed to add in that functionality correctly.

If you still have your original Veles-X roll do NOT dismantle it! The quest reward has handling masterwork and the one you pull from collections does not! Gotta disagree about kinetic tremors to some degree. Proccing tremors on a major or boss is quite useful if it clears the ads around it. Lastly, regarding stasis pulse rifles: Psi Hermetic has the Wild Card origin trait which will destroy headstones created by the gun. Thank you, dear creator.

blast furnace on elites with KT is very good. better than incan/volt cause the explosions deal way much more damage and stuns them. i use KT on yellow bars on higher content like LEGEND campaign and week 4 pantheon. do NOT take his word as be-all end-all, try it out yourselves.

​@roryvanberkel4139 I would disagree. For end-game content it is a good for slight damage for aoe incandescent. Reloading also provides a Cure ×2. Keeping yourself alive, dealing dmg and keeping the fight going is just a need. The difference between BxR and Darkest is that heal clip. If the rifle can't get Heal Clip it isn't gonna really needed for that end game.

​@@semsei69people are so crazy about heal clip all of a sudden, it's hilarious. We've been able to complete EVERY endgame content so far without it, and we still can. I'd much rather go for all dmg perks than heal clip, cause the faster you slay enemies the less you need to heal.

I think Lightweight Frame Pulses feel the best tbh, Blast Furnace and the 340’s and 540’s are damage powerhouses sure, but most rolls feel really clunky and don’t fit seamlessly into every build. Granted we don’t have a lot of Lightweights at our disposal, but for Stasis and Strand I’d definitely shoot for Stay Frosty or Nightshade. Frosty feels great neutrally due to the Origin Trait bumping up that Stability while going ham with Desperado activated, and Nightshade has peerless accuracy thanks to its own Origin Trait, and 1st column perks like Keep Away and Heating Up that make activating Hatchling with a precision kill easy as hell. I recognize this video is more geared toward ease of acquisition. Frosty and Nightshade are definitely not easy to get, impossible even right now in Frosty’s case, but definitely something to check your vault/dump Witch Engrams for.

I’ve tested all the recoil barrels and mods on the adept Oversoul Edict and I’ve found that a barrel that doesn’t add recoil direction and adept counterbalance is a bit more vertical than arrowhead brake and adept counterbalance. For the regular non adept Oversoul Edict, just a counterbalance mod with no recoil direction barrel is the best you can make it.

I don't find it worth farming Prophecy for Darkest Before when I can craft Adhortative with the same setup. Feels fantastic, no need to nickel & dime the negligible differences between the frames imo.

I've been having more fun in Destiny as a whole after applying this philosophy to weapon farming. Why farm a dungeon or raid when the next best thing by a nose is in a ritual playlist? I'll play those harder activities just for fun once in a while and no more fomo.

That small difference will make a difference to the highest end players who need the extra bit of dps during day 1. The rest of us don’t need it tho.

Insidious is pretty good too for Arc option with One-for-all + Dragonfly

I love my demo + voltshot Oversoul Edict with arc hunter. Flow state for lightning fast reloads, combination blow for frequent cursed thrall procs. It's a blast!

Another advantage of the adhoritive pulse rifle, it has nano munitions! Truely a slept on perk that provides a near infinite magazine when near any alies, which happens quite often!

loving the content since i found your channel. i'm honestly looking forward to see how good "smite of merain" feels after the buff. the rolls you can get are actually cracked. Stats-for-all or demo with ad junkie, firefly or one-for-all sounds pretty damn good

I would absolutely add Battle Scar to your list! The only pulse that can roll with Shoot to Loot and Kinetic Tremors! Such an amazing combo and the origin trait is the cherry on top!

I just got my hands on a Darkest Before with Heal Clip/Incandescent and I can't wait to use it in The Final Shape and beyond! I've put a ton of miles on my HC/Incan Heliocentric the last couple months, and I'm really looking foward to having some more range as an option with Darkest Before, as well as Luna's Howl.

With the Artifact Mods they just revealed, Oversoul Edict is going to be even more powerful with "Shield Crush" giving you increased melee regen to more frequently proc Cursed Thrall. Also, Battle Scar is a super easy-to-obtain and near-meta Kinetic Tremors option

Lotta ppl sleep on Smite of Merain, that thing has carried me w Stats for All × Firefly/One for All Plus it has almost 100 recoiirecoil direction by default so you can spec on range or handling instead

I'm a big fan of pulses and i am very happy seeing this buff coming in final shape!

I can’t wait to pull back out my crafted insidious, it’s been power crept a little bit but one for all and dragonfly will be able to put in some work

Adding a little to the whole Stasis buff, I haven't seen much player talk about the Stasis Bow: Verglas Curve. it being able to create a fan of Stasis Crystals after each each up to 5 is really nice for stasis shard build and would synergize well with Stasis in Final Shape. I have a Warlock build focusing on making as much stasis crystals and freezing enemies as I can. I pair that with an Indebted Kindness that has Deconstruction. That, with it's origin trait: Sundering, causes more damage to those crystals, breaking them without a sweat. Pair THAT with aspects around breaking stasis crystals and it's AoE damage, it's a fun build to test out.

For kinetic pulse rifles, another pulse that is solid is the autumn wind pulse rifle from shaxx by giving him crucible engrams. I personally like my roll of demo frenzy on it alongside it being a rapid fire frame as well. I think it will also have enhanced perks with the list of the non crafted weapons getting enhanced perks too iirc. If not, I still like my roll and would strongly recommend getting one imo

I have a relentless with rapid hit hatchling and it feels ridiculously good despite me not using it as often

I have encore / voltshot on my oversoul. The added range and stability from encore helps a lot. Plus voltshot can get the stacks of encore faster. It's not perfect but think it's worth a try in pve. Great video!

If you have Stay Frosty from the dawning weapon, it can also roll headstone. Being a lightweight frame makes the gun feel better the shoot. I find lightweight and Rapid fire frames feel better to use to me.

BXR battler my beloved got me through explicator day 1 last year can’t wait for it to hit like a truck for this day 1

You could use anything in that day 1 and rip through it

Quick shout for Phyllotactic Spiral it's a high impact frame arc and can also be crafted with Keep away and Volt shot or Frenzy. It's a solid choice if you dont raid and are looking for a decent arc pulse and haven't got an Oversoul Edict.

One I think you gotta include in this list is the BXR. Can roll either demolitionist or pugilist in column 3 and incandescent in column 4. It’s a lightweight so it handles really well, and the BXR is unique in that its hip fire is very accurate. The weapon is also fully craftable and drops from Dares of Eternity, which anyone can do (although farming for red border drops would likely be very time consuming). I use it with pugilist and incandescent with my Pyrogale build and it really helps keep my melee ability up

Disparity’s Hakke origin trait is extremely underrated when combined with stasis. It will 1 shot the crystals without having to run Whisper of Rending.

Just saw the thumb nail so I have to say I have kept my oversoul edict adept since I got it last year eddy current with volt shot. I cant wait for it to be juiced with TFS.

Adhorative is also greats 390 rpm that can get heal clip and Incandescent. It is also covered in military camouflage, foliage edition. With the buff to eddy current and the fact you can use getaway artist with an arc grade on prismatic, an Eddy current + Voltshot build for Oversoul Edict demolishes PVE.

For strand you can get the nightshade pulse from witches engrams. You can go enlightened action and hatchling for a nice strand synergy build

another one to keep in mind is bxr-battler if you dont have the time to farm darkest before. it rolls incan and demo or pugilist if youre on a melee focused build

I just want to add something, if you don't mind, about strand pulses. Belisarius-D even its "target" to PvP, comes with some unique perk combinations. I do have one with Vorpal and Deconstruct for the beefy target. I have also as you said, rapid hit and hatchling. Both are pretty good in the intended use. Sidetrack me to say, your content is helping a lot of new and old guardians with the info. Continue what you doing and in no time you will get 100k subs.

Actually the person i was farming with got it on there 2nd try...UGH! I did get a wellspring/incan and i was testing it and i think it could also be very good especially when ad clearing. I got all my abilities, after expending them, within 15 to 20 seconds

For Stasis pulse rifles, I'd HIGHLY recommend Syncopation. Frenzy removes all the drawbacks of the gun, and the Suros Synergy helps too.

Chattering bone is craftable with killclip+rampage which I feel would be super strong for end game stuff as you would have a ridiculous dmg buff that would probly destroy majors and minors in any level of content

Don't sleep on pugilist Headstone disparity, fast stasis melees on top of crystal pops is really strong, very slept on combo

I can speak to the effectiveness of different times: stats for all makes it feel pretty good (and hatchling procs it too which is nice) and on ability spam the origin trait comes in more than i thought it would, but i still find myself putting on HCs when the difficulty goes up. Maybe the buff will change that but Im skeptical

Adhortative gets Shoot To Loot Incandescent with Nano Munitions origin trait. Don’t sleep on it

I got a wellspring incandescent darkest before on my first kell echo run.

I have a relentless pulse n it came with extended barrel, high caliber rounds, rapid hit n hatchling

Just a reminder that volatile rounds can be on prismatic as well so it will have great synergy with void weapons.

Naw ur missing elsie's rifle with repulsor brace destabilizing rounds, it's already really good now for titanss to keep overshield up for faster recharge rates for grenade with devour but when i use it's just melting xD

I haven't tried it yet but hear me out on the Autumn Wind (crucible 540) with demo / adren or something of the sort for kinetic

got a crafted different times with enh subsis and enh hatchling, in a warlock strand build it slaps, no joke

“Void weapons are more suitable for void builds” Laughs in Buried Bloodline and Ros Aragos IV… cries in everything else.

Insidious is also a very very good arc pulse rifle. Would recommend that a lot. And for strand nightshade is easier to get and can get keep away and hatchling!

Wellspring / incandescent on darkest before is pretty awesome also

Id take adhortative with Heal Clip + incandescent. Super slept on, easy to craft, and is great for short to mid range more than a rapidfire.

For primastic void titan i would only use Collective Obligation specially because it has surpressor grenades tied to it.

Kinetics will not be doing 10% more damage to red bars anymore, they will be brought down to match stasis and strand.

I would take blast furnace with kt frenzy and Elsie with repulsor frenzy over suggested rolls, though chattering bone is not far behind blast furnace. Max reload from frenzy = better add clear. On oversoul I prefer enlightened action + voltshot. You need constant reload for voltshot.

yo Llama great video! wanted to ask if is it worth to pick disparity over syncopation since syncopation has higher dps and the rolls difference is just outlaw instead of rapid hit, outlaw its a bit more difficult to proc cause it neeed a kill but gives higher reload speed too.

Disparity IMO especially since the Hakke origin trait lets you break the crystal in one burst

I have a perfect adept oversoul edict and it is easy my favorite pulse in the game, and it only feels better thanks to the final shape.

I have heating up/headstone With arrowhead/flared and target acquisition mod on disparity and it feels nice

Bungie said in one of the sandbox change tabs that they are removing the 10% advantage of kinetic weapons, I’m unsure if stasis and strand are getting a buff or if kinetic is getting a nerf tho

I kept a Elsies with arrowhead, AP rounds, under over, frenzy with hopes of antibarrier pulse rifle returning. Thing is gonna bully barrier champs

My favorite oversoul edict adept I've gotten is enlightened action with swash. I figure swash would be a starter option because of the gameplay loop of cursed thrall but I guess voltshot is too good to pass up? I've kept the recommended keep away voltshot adept roll but haven't used it yet so I'll give it a spin. edit: also with prismatic warlock i want to use strand triple charge melee with slide arc aspect and try the newly buffed bastion exotic fusion in combination with swash oversoul.

Elemental capacitor + incandescent on darkest before is pretty good too

It’s Kinetic weapons that are getting their damage bonus removed only against bosses/Ultra rank targets. Against any other enemy rank, Kinetic weapons retain their damage bonus.

Nope, got a godamn blast radius masterwork. So I have to leave it un-masterworked or lose dmg. So stupid. I wish we could at least re-roll the masterwork, but they ain't letting us do that either.

honestly i dont use pulses for pure ad clearing, ill use forb or smgs for that. Imo pulses and other mid range primaries get used up to stronger orange bars since we still melt em quickly without having to focus too hard on em. Like id gladly take kt on a pulse as it gives a lil bit of utility

I've just double-checked. They are removing kinetic bonus damage to BOSS enemies. But their 10% bonus will still apply to red bars.

Only against bosses. Remains for majors and minors. Really only affects specials used for dps.

I very rarely outside of certain content such as GM’s and Pantheon run a Primary. Double Special still works perfectly fine for me due to how my team plays. Outside of Outbreak Prime I don’t have a single pulse rifle in my vault.. am I cooked chat!

They are only very slightly better. Just go for crafted weapons. You won't notice the difference.

Just wanted to mention - you commented that Blast Furnace has no AOE options besides Kinetic Tremors which isn’t realistic to use on adds, but it has Firefly. Wondering if you forgot or if you just don’t like it.
