Removing an E-bike Or E-MTB chain ring is really hard without the correct tool! Until now we have used a hammer and screw driver, which is bad for the ring and really hard.
Now we have the correct tool, we show you how to remove a chainring on a Bosch Performance CX gen 4.
Each motor hasa slightly different procedure and all use a variant of this tool.

I wonder what would happen to just a normal strength chainring on a mid-drive

would wear ver quickly. possibly bend.
1/4". So Imperial is still king. ;-)
