So fun fact about rust very few people know, can’t remember the exact year, approx 2012 2013 rust was an entirely different game with a different map. There were natural spawn zombies as well as bears and back then the game was much more simple. It was nice

I've been trying to find a comparison and summary on different PVE servers. The server descriptions are limited and you have to play and invest a lot of time to know the details. Perhaps you could provide something like that? I was looking for a PVE server with a lot of bots and finally found a good fit with "Rust Mad Science, PVE, x2, Convoy, Raidable Bases, Bosses, Zom" The bot combat is highly improved, but due to the fast respawn, grenades, anti-snipe, end up being too powerful lol. I never get to use the most of the blue card monuments as a result. Still overall better than the last PVE server, main gripe with that one was some bots were given sniper rifles that would one shot you, 100% accuracy. But that one did have better raid bases, they were complex, tricky, mazes with traps and NPCs inside, and had a nice easy, medium, hard scale.

I love pve servers when i just want to chill out and enjoy the beauty of rust base game. I have played plenty of pvp but its best in at least a duo.

So curious as I have been watching a lot of Rust content lately but don't play, knowing both that I would be terrible at vanilla Rust pvp and would likely hate playing (despite really enjoying watching skilled players like you), in your opinion would Rust be worth picking up if I were only intending on playing PvE servers? Like, is there enough to do on them to remain engaged to feel like it is worth spending the money?

I can't say for certain but I only play pve servers and I have a lot of fun on top of that the pve community is very nice compared to pvp

I would say buy Rust during a sale such as this upcoming steam winter sale. There are so many PVE servers and Mini game servers out there that you could have plenty to play!

Do it, i run a PVE zombie server, my players are all casual/hate pvp (or like yourself ) new to the game and want somewhere to have fun, have no real pressure to learn the Rust game mechanics.

I only play PVE. This server is really fun and helpful. Alternatively the same group runs a 15x PVE no zombies. Both are great communities!

Being New to rust I have been using PvE servers to learn the basics and how to run monuments. It's been fun about 110 hours into my journey and enjoying it so far gameplay wise.

i've learned rust the hard way. On official servers gettin raped by clans. But couple hundred hours later im able to destroy big groups on my own. I feel like only playing on pve servers won't make you any better when it comes to the "real" game and only shooting npcs won't help you with your pvp skills. But ofc it's good to get a feel for the Monuments and Puzzles.

I disagree. There are raids on PVE that are 10x harder then PVP raids. I started on PVP vanilla servers and have had a harder time on PVE (depending on the server) then some PVP servers. It won't make you the best PVP player, but it can help you learn the recoil and such.@@iteeto

PVE Servers Are Underrated. So Much Underrated ! LOVE PVE ! I Played On This Server A Long Time And I Played Like On All Decent PVE Servers. They Are Crazy Cool :) BTW I have Designed So Many Raidable Bases For Pve Servers, Like Around 100 Now :D I Have Made So many Advices To Server Owners And Stuff. I Admined A Lot, But Not Anymore Because I Cant Afford New Computer, My Computer Have Windows 7 And This Last Update They Disabled Rust To bne Played From Windows 7. I Don`t Have CPU Or Motherboard That Allows To Even Windows 10 Or 11 Be Installed. That Starts From Intel Procesors 8 Series So Yeah, I Dont Have Spare 300 Euros To Do That, I Dont have Any Euros To be Honnest, Living On Diosability Check Month By Month, I Cant Even Afford All My medicine That I Need, But Who Cares, Right?:D Everybody On Its Own In This World. Keep Up The Content. I Will Subscribe From My main Account, KrisRap Out.

There are different levels of Brad on this server so some are 9 and some are 18

I've played a several PVE servers and they did you dirty on that "easy" raid base. WTF puts armored exterior walls on a raid base and calls it easy. Most are just wood.

You should try Zombieland Outbreak(roaming horde of zombie there OP) lots of special quests and custom map and monuments with custom puzzles. You wont regret it and yes spannable raid bases.

Im not sure if you take server requests but there is a server beepssy 10x its one of my favorite servers and i feel like it doesn't get as many players i think it deserves.
