I feel you. And praying for you dear sis. I have chronic illness living with a 65yr old mom. Homeless with debts. Hoping for income. I need to provide for my meds and our foods. My mom tries to work in her old age to provide for me, such a shame. Cuz of my health pains. I couldn't help so well. I have no family or nearby friends to support my Christian friends sometimes is ignorant. I'm going thru a lot of recovery from mental and emotional abuse by my ex boss and ex gf. What's working for me, only take what resonates: move as much of this emotion as you can in a safe space with sound (not words, sound that expresses the terror, or rage, or grief, or despair) keep expressing everything you feel in a safe way without judgement; think of these feelings as lost children that have been bound and gagged in dark underground caves -they are going to feel a little feral at first when coming back into the light. The ultimate key is that you have to find love for yourself, even the part of you that hates yourself has to be brought back inside of love. If you have the true authentic intent to heal you cannot fail. All feelings must have their time to be felt; none can be bypassed. A lot of this will be generational. Energetically there's a lot cooking right now, as individuals and in the collective, as well as in our ancestry. The squeeze is on. Nobody can do this for you but you. Ask God to fill you with Loving Light and put courage in your Heart. You gotta mean it. It will happen. Godspeed.

Thats normal, I felt like that all last week, it comes & goes, stay away from people, become a master hermit as much as possible, I dont even food shop anymore, I order online & pick them up. I dont talk on my phone, dont text unless necessary, and only email with one person my brother, keep communication limited, that helps to build ur energy, hang in there, its not easy, we r all in the same boat, and stop listening to utube videos, they can trigger the best of us. And please know that NONE of this is real, the matrix is all an illusion!
