Keep going to our Father in prayer with your request. Also, prayer coupled with fasting may help. You can bind the spirit of Unforgiveness, hurt and pain and command them to leave. Forgiveness is a decision and not a feeling so decide to forgive and ask God to get rid of the hurt and pain. God is able. I know your plight.

I have never been a member of any Church so I do not know about this particular doctrine but here is what the word of God says. Repent and be baptized for the remission of your sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit Acts 2:38. Also, in Acts 10:44-46, while Peter was preaching to the Gentiles the Holy Spirit came upon them and they spake in tongues. No, they did not wait for 6 months or any specific period of time before they received the gift of the Holy Spirit. Similarly in Acts 19:5-6, they were baptized and then Paul laid his hands on them and they spake in tongues and prophesied too.

National debt was one trillion dollars back in the 90s. He thought that was bad then. Now is 30. He wouldn't have believed it if you told him. So much worse than he could have ever imagined

God decides whom enters into His kingdom. When a child gets adopted the parents choose the child , the child doesn’t choose the parent. Just like when your born . I don't believe everyone has to speak in tongues or can even, that believe in Christ. I was baptised as a baby then Confirmed my faith at aged 11, where I Confirmed my faith in Christ. I have the Holy Spirit. Yet I cannot speak in tongues.
