I am 76 years old. I have had bleeding on the surface of the brain, no reason but I survived the surgery. During recovery I needed open heart surgery. When I was recovering they told me that my favorite cat ROSCOE (see picture) had passed away. Your music makes it easier to forget the sadness and savor the memories. There are many. Thank you!

It's caming I use it eeeeeevery day to sleep.

If you are reading this.. I may not know the reasons why you are here.. I may not know what you are going through at the moment.. I may not know what you wish for..or the reasons u have insomnia But just remember that.. Everything bad that u are facing and feeling right now will never last forever... And that greater days are ahead of you and that.. Hang on a little more the strom is almost over.. You will be granted the perfect kind of everything you hv ever wish for.. You will find love... You hv always wanted. ..The dream job u hv been seeking.. The kids u hv always dream of carrying and good health.. Just know you might have done one bad thing but you are not a bad person and we all have chapters in our life book that can't be read out loud.. U are not alone.. Just know that someone that has never met you loves u..and wish u well And remember how important you are keep your chin. Up high. ..

I've incorporated this video into my morning routine, and it sets a positive tone for the day. The beauty of nature is truly therapeutic. ☀🌳

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
