I. Have tried rewriting this comment so many times and accidentally deleting it. Short version. Gray is one of the only heroes shown so far to just hate working. All the time every time he shows up on screen. To the point he ignores the mager incident, and i doubt he hates mager enough to just let him get possibly killed, its probably not just him being lazy. In a very futuristic setting where he has powers over technology/electronics, he definitely has a lot of work to do and i wouldnt be surprised if he was constantly burnt out and tired compared to the more combat based members of the heroes. I havent watched rhe movie where the scene inspo comes from but rough interpretation? Being lonely and having nobody to talk to and looking for some kind of mutual understanding even if its not real. (In this video, gray and himself) And kitty’s number is the same one that was on her arm from before and gray has a habit of calling kitty a girlboss AND KITTY SHOWED UP WITH ROSE IN THE BACKGROUND TODAY YAAAAY🎉🎉🎉🎉 **also, while gray walks by the news hologram on the mager incident, it just suddenly shuts off (only to reveal another billboard of mager behind it) and then a meeting request from kitty, probably to talk about the incident again (since he says “what does she want now”). In the whole video hes just getting bothered by what he did (or didnt do) to help mager The giant gray hologram also appears on a side that has nothing related to mager on it. Theres a billboard with lenna, but she has nothing to do with the incident like kitty or mager even though she is in the hero league. Hes done something regretful, likely gotten disciplined for it, still tries to distract himself from all the collateral damage he has caused. I hope this guy gets paid vacation days in the future
