Some important points for me to take; Idha is the "secret key" for acceptance, nazar and blessing from divinely presence, getting rid of bad things and images from the past is important, as well as donating may be a good way of disposing items from practices done in the past, good deeds and good actions attracts the gaze and emanations magnetism, dressing according to sunnah has an aspect of energy protection.

Ihda can allow us to give the gift of good actions -destroy the old things you have that reflect negative energies and realities -as positive energy goes up you become more aware of different beings and their energies around you. Always have taweez and wudhu and recite accordingly. -rid yourself of demonic items and practices before embarking on the tariqa. -you feel the faiz of the shaykh versus having visions....when the energy gets stronger -be good to the environment but the obsession about reversing climate change is a false religion -cling tight to the head covering and sunnah attire.
