It's not possible to stop. It feels effortless. I do multiple things at the same time all day, everyday. Learning, exercising, working, praying, cleaning, errands, ect. It feels like I am on autopilot. None of it is hard, it's all joy. This is great way to live. Now I know why we have to be alone, because nobody else lives like this, nor will they allow you to. There is a colleague that doesn’t talk to me anymore just because another colleague told him that he doesn’t work like me because these guys have time to mess around and be part of the crowd but I take my work serious and efficient and people like this guy is against me for my work ethics

This word really resonates. Yesterday I carried up about 440 pounds of metal weightlifting equipment on to my 3rd floor appartment. Before picking it up I coincidentally met a colleague from the time I worked for DSV. On top of that my cousin called telling me our grandpa was in the hospital on his death bed, so I prayed all I knew that entire evening for my grandpa. It was a strange and tough day, but I don't give up. Praise the Lord. Amen

Man, you are spot on with this. Lately, I've been saying to my colleagues, "I know I'm extra, but...." or, "I know it seems like I'm doing the most, but...." Yeah, you're describing me to a tee. I see things in my mind a very specific way, and I must do it in that way. I hate doing things without integrity and heart. I also need to rest as equally hard as I work, especially when I have to interface with different people ALL day. That's really draining.

I'm training again for a minimum of 90 minutes to 3hrs per day. NO EXCUSES. This was for me!

My dad would tell me to give it 110% . I have lived my life doing things with excellence and really just focusing on doing work as unto the Lord. We shouldnt be competing with one another and its sad when that happens because we can all use encouragement instead. I get bored if I am not ackomplishing something wothwhile. I was like this till my late 30is. Maybe its life crisis but I lost my power. Im not like this anymore. I went through lots of difficult times one after another. I understood who I am but it’s totally worn me off. Maybe better times are coming. I haven’t give up though. I stated new studies after turning 40 and I’m working etc. but I don’t have the same drive like before. I’m more peaceful now, my h children are teenagers now maybe it’s time to start my mission as a chosen one and then I will go back to my high energy? 😅
