Listening to you play the melodic piece in the middle of this video, reminded me of my local music store owner and how well he played. I was really young and I asked him, "What are you doing here? Why are you not in a successful band?" As if it should have been obvious he said, "I've got to go fishing". I finally understand what he meant. Thanks to you and Paul for sharing these guitars. Paul's work is absolutely stunning.

Tyler next week: “so anyways I got an actual dragon”
Tyler: I got two of the rarest and best PRS guitars ever built. These are magical. Rick: best I can do to $1200 for the pair, and i take all the risk, who would want a guitar like this?

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Tyler was playing Jesus's first guitar from when he was in a garage, er, manger band back in high school.

201-piece abalone dragon inlay, sourced from PRS site directly. Still ridiculous nonetheless.
Tyler, I like that you are aren't forcing humor on pieces like this that really command reverence. It's great that you are able to be given the opportunity to review these things, and you are able to adjust your review style to the subject matter you are reviewing. Great job as usual!
Deeply satisfying seeing and hearing you playing!
Awesome playing, and Paul always knows what guitars to send you something completely unmatchable by anyone. I'd like to thank you and Paul for sharing.
Brother, been watching your channel for a few months now. That tone is amazing. Also, thank you for the EVH lesson off that dual sig. Kramer. Please keep posting. Your friend.
Loved the composition and your improv!!!!!! LOVED IT!
Seriously, how is it that you aren't the leader of a huge, multi-platinum band? It's insane just how much talent is on display in all of these videos!
So Cool to hear all the amazing guitars you get to play you really do em justice amazing playing dude! Love your channel thanks 🙏💯
man, your playing so melodic, emotional and inspiring~ love u
You give me goosebumps every thing you play
Incredible inlay and tone. Keep em' coming!😎🤘🔥
Love the story behind these gorgeous pieces of art.
I love the little head bob thing tyler does when he's playing. That's totally how i feel hearing that stuff.
I came back to guitar and with a old love .I only learned two beginning riffs of two songs on tab n that was it, so coming back I listened to you and did by ear NO TAB'S for two years and my ear helps me right and goes with how I feel and ps. no theory either . But wanted to take the time to let you know how you have helped me grow and , say this so others will listen to this part and how importent it is. So again THANK YOU
Sounds sooo goood!!
I'm freaking drooling over those guitars. Prs is truly amazing and Paul is great too
Love the looks of that top "carve" on the "Pre-Dragon" guitar....... and that fretboard inlay on the first Dragon. Wow! ...just WOW!!
Totally cool!!! You know what it sounds like? Every other prs you have!!!
So fortunate to have those one on one conversations with Paul. Very cool.
Here from the live! Super hyped!
theyre such beautiful guitars.
That track at 2:30 might be my favorite piece of music from Tyler yet, so good!
Beautiful ❤
Amazing guitar’s 🎸!!!
Hey Love your work, love all the way from Pelling Sikkim.
Dude... Being able to be around all that history! just whoa....
Me: Hey Tyler, how many PRS Guitars do you own bud? Tyler: Yes.
This is truly the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen
I asked myself how you get so lucky with the PRS guitars. Then I remembered I bought a PRS in large part because of you. So yeah, keep up the great work man. I love seeing these specials guitars.
This is the best video ever. PRS has always astounded me with the look especially the Dragon. Would love to own one some day
These video's really make me appreciate Paul Reed-Smith and his vision and direction for PRS guitars. Those custom stock guitars are just incredible.
I have been looking at photos of this guitar forever deaming of playing it......lucky
Everyone: PRS Tyler: This is an exclusive guitar
That's amazing. One of the coolest guitars I think I've ever seen.
Those sound amazing as PRS gear pretty much always does
Just unbelievable. I remember seeing the yellow dragon at the hollywood guitar center in 2007. I was mesmerized.
Damn been watching Tylers vids for 5 years, hes definitely starting to have his signature style and tone when soloing over a backing track
Awesome Tyler!
What an amazing guitar
So jealous you have this connection with the man himself. I have 2 PRSs and love them.
This could very well be musically my favorite video of yours. Maybe it's the heritage of the guitars, I can't put a finger on it, but you seem to be more eclectic with your choice of riffs when playing these. Good stuff T!
That green one looks beautiful!🤘🎸😮
freaking awesome wow
Always flexing, always awesome
Gave me chills
Sweeeeeeet jehovaaaah!! When that newer dragon kicks in…. Omfg!! That gorgeous 80s painful ballad solo sound !!! ahhhh perfect!!! Gimme your tone!!!! And your skills! Epic video
Surprised Tyler doesn’t have a signature guitar from PRS yet given how close his relationship with Paul is.
@3:57 : Custom 22, you can always spot a 22 by the wider space between the humbuckers.
Love that inlay
this must be the one of the coolest prs ive seen!!
That guitar is hotter than a dragon’s breath!

So much history on these two guitars!
John Mann’s Vault in NH, been there a few times that room above the garage is 🔥!!!
No word of a lie Tyler I think this may be the best playing I've seen from you 😍
Paul is an incredibly humble and charitable man - he's a true legend. Wish more people would talk about him when talking about genius creator-entrepreneurs. If he wanted to build rockets, I bet PRS Space would be up there with Space X.
You make those Dragons breath fire man! Awesome.
Back in 93(?) when I was in my late teens, I talked to Paul about this very guitar at a Boston guitar show. If my memory serves me, he priced it to be over 10 grand which at that time was insane for new guitar. I had no idea who he was and had not heard of his guitar brand. I do remember this particular guitar though. The artwork in the fretboard was so detailed. Seeing this vid was really cool.
I'm late to the PRS party, but I just recently got my first PRS: a PRS SE 594 and I love it so much! It scratches the Les Paul itch that I've had for so long. I've always had a love/hate relationship with the LP as a guitar. I once owned a Gibson Les Paul classic that I ended up selling. I find them heavy, the necks too chunky with a flat radius I don't like, and humbuckers that generally feel like they don't have enough versatility for me. The PRS is lightweight, has a lovely feeling neck with an incredible fast action and coil tapped pickups that give me that versatility. I also love the look of the PRS design as well. These guitars are stunning!
😱 wowie ❤️ Love the mans personality and his Company’s guitars. I like the way he always shares credit for everything. Of course he can’t do everything himself but he’s good at being a genius
You're really dragon us through the fire and the flames on this build up
i love you're content
I have a left-handed pre-factory Paul Reed Smith that he went in the pick ups and did the inlay himself. It was owned by a guy in a band called artful dodger and his name was Gary Cox
You have to be one of the happiest guys in the whole world playing like that.
great tune today.
WOW!! Paul Reed Smith trusts you with his PROTOTYPES - that is EPIC!! That doesn't just show that he trusts you but that you have integrity and knowledge that is irreplaceable. He obviously likes you - a lot! Thank you for sharing this with us. It is very humbling.
Sweet licks....god damn ..sweet
dude those guitars are sick!
I love the Dragon II pickups in my PRS. A sound I can't get out of any other type of guitar. The clean channel, the distorted, the bridge, the neck... you name it, it's versatile enough to do it all.

Awesome
Amazing...
Me and my dad build guitars, and we somehow managed to get our hands on a set of Dragon One pickups a few years ago, that we intend on putting into one of our next instruments.
Looks wise I like the pre dragon dragon....but the green one seems to sound very nice...I dig the st vincent guitar in the back too...I want to play one of those...
Tyler... that was dope
That fretboard is quite literally making my mouth water
Tyler, you convinced me to get a PRS btw (I love it), so tell Paul that your channel works and for him to send you more guitars lol
That guitar is sweet and all but did nobody else hear that playing? Hit me right in the feels man.
So f---cking cool to play those!!
I really love these guitars. When I was maybe 12 one of them found its way into a Mars music (now Sam Ash) in Cincinnati. The guy behind the counter had no idea what he was handing me and didn't check the price tag, hell I had no idea what he was handing me, but it started a mini obsession with owning a PRS. I finally managed to get a custom 24 a couple of years ago at the ripe old age of 33. Not quite a dragon, but a real piece of art in its own right.
When you're a dragon, everything melts in your mouth. Very cool video.
Thats crazy ima buy one and cover a scaled and icy song, it’ll fit the vibe perfectly
Next year : Paul Reed Smith :hi tyler, you wanna be ceo of PRS?
The dragon with the green finish, looks insane!!
Damn Tyler your playing has improved so much over the years...
beautiful, the artwork reminded me of the Jimmy Page Dragon outfit he wore in 1973 for the legendary concert in Madison Square.
Those are two awesome guitars and PRS is level of quality is something every luthier should strive for. I kinda accidentally made a " PRS" for the Crimson Guitars Great Guitar Build Off 2021. Every kit I wanted to do was unavailable by the time I scabbed enough cash to buy them. I ended up by mistake getting a bolt on Charvel style neck to do a version of a Firebird. But ended up last minute having to get a PRS which like a moron as a first time builder was a set neck body. Over all it turned out pretty darn good for a first ever build and is one of the better playing guitars I have ever played. Granted my playing skills aint so good but hey Its always a learning process right.
As much I was impressed with these two guitars, I was just as impressed with the performance. and excellent choice of arrangements to show off the tones and character of these guitars.
The dragon on the fretboard is my favorite! 🔥🔥🔥
Man you get to play some beautiful rare guitars. Love the playing man. I live downtown Nashville if you ever wanna play my lefty. They are pretty rare 😂 (relatively)
