Since watching your videos, I have also adopted the triangle method for determining eye dominance. I have found a faster way to determine which eye they are looking with. Instead of asking them to focus on an object in the distance, go stand in front of them and tell them to put your head in the triangle. You will clearly see which eye they are looking at you with. It is much faster.

Is her racket too heavy? Real nice racket drop behind her and fantastic elbow up into the ball, but the she seems to be using her core and left side to pull the racket through because the leg drive doesn't have the power yet. Or maybe the racket is too long?

she is probably using yonex ezone 100 weighted at 300g. Dunno if it's considered heavy for trained 11 yrs old but her body does seem collapsed once she starts the upward swing motion.

You open both of your eyes and look at a far away object through the triangle you made with your thumb and your index finger. Adjust so that the object is in the centre of the triangle. Close each eye one at a time and find out which eye still sees the object in the centre. The eye that keeps sees the object in the centre of the triangle is your dominant eye. You want to keep your dominant eye always facing the court and on the ball. So if you are right handed and right eye dominant you do not want to use a closed stance on your forehand and same goes for your serve if you toss the ball forward.

I’m confused at what point do we switch our focus from the ball toss to the court? You keep asking her if she sees you… or are you saying we should see you/court at all times during the toss? Should the toss be more in front of you rather than to the side? Should the toss be at 12:30 or 1:00?

I'm still learning my serve, but I don't switch my focus from the ball after the toss to the court at all. You look at the court you are serving, go through your motions to prep for the serve, once you toss your focus is on the ball until after you hit it, then as you rotate through that serve, you go into the court and are looking at the court. It all happens quite quickly, but if you toss the ball and start looking at the court too early, you are actually opening up too early and will have more faults doing that. I used to look early between the ball toss and at the court and my coach corrected me, so just going off the advice I was given.

I think the point is he wants her head to be facing the court, not that she should take her eye off the ball.

L'épaule droite ne monte pas vers l'impact, la poussée des jambes n'est pas bonne. Le rythme non plus, elle envoie du bras trop tôt. Elle doit attendre la rotation des épaules et la montée de l'épaule droite avant de dégainer

What do you think of short people using longer rackets for longer arm reach? Let’s say 27.5 inch long.

What if someone is already tall like over 6 foot, should they also hit the serve at their maximum body vertical extension?

surely the taller the better even if you are 7 foot, get that ball bouncing as high as possible

Of course. Much larger margin for error, and you can drive the ball almost straight down into the box. Tall servers have a huge advantage
