Luckily my most recent ex was nice about breaking up. It did feel like the relationship was more about his passion for me than actual love. He's not a bad guy. I saw what he was doing, found the proof and served him, he didn't apologize, so, I told him I forgave him and walked away gracefully. He broke my heart and never did right by me. I took my power back and cut cords with him. He got his karma, even though I never wished him any harm and didn't carry any resentment and felt compassion for him. I know plenty of energy vampires. They're all around. 😮 That's why we need to cut chords and attachments everyday. I have noticed people trying to talk to me more or be trying to desperately locate me when I would pull back my energy. Now, what I do is cut them off more often, not give them any energy. Ignoring is good, and letting people know you don't have time. Sometimes, they're trying to get a reaction from you even energetically. They'll try to find a way to trigger you to steal your energy. Some family members would attach themselves to my energy until I started pulling away all the time, and I just prayed that God would help them, instead of letting them take my energy. If you are annoyed with a person you're indeed giving them some energy. Don't let people get to you. 😊🙏

Thanks for the information on this, I have had more than one energy vampire pulling on my energy, whether I know them well or not. I am a very loving and affectionate person naturally. But I can't be around alot of people very often. Sometimes you don't know the impact this has until after the fact. When you just feel drained or like the friendship or connection no longer resonates or if they don't respect your time and boundaries that's when you know to break it off. Have Epsom salt baths, and envision the energy going down the drain, all that is no longer serving you or your highest good. Ask your body to release it. I've heard cutting leaves the root connection if its deeply bonded or bound to you through a distorted relationship or even a family attachment. I was meaning to get rid of this box of things leading up to the eclipse but I should of done it in the waning/balsamic moon. I still use the iPod though.
