seeing “cultural hall” mentioned in the comment section made me spit out my green and black tea-free Kombucha m.

I think Cosmo is clearly the best mascot in college football. Nobody has done as much memorable and amazing stuff as Cosmo over the years. Nobody.

Cosmo is amazing! I know that there are at least 3-4 guys who have the job at a time, but I think it's hilarious that the guys who are inside the costume literally can't tell anyone until they quit. Can you imagine your buff, sport's loving friend just Clark Kenting it and being like, "yeah sorry I can't go" to every game ever?

I had a roommate who was a Cosmo at basketball games, but it wasn't that surprising when I found out. The guy was a gymnast and was on the dunk squad. This isn't confirmed, but I'm pretty sure that, for basketball games at least, they just took turns being Cosmo. I imagine it's a similar setup for football. Also, at least in our group it wasn't that secret, he just asked us not to go spreading it around.

Cosmo wasn't supposed to land on his feet man. That roll out was to prevent him from breaking a bone lol.

To be fair, David Pollack's gymnastics knowledge probably comes from when was attending Georgia back when they were winning regular Gymnastics Nattys. Stuck landings are something he got used to.

Those tables have held a lot of funeral potatoes and ham

I guarantee every one of them has a piece of masking tape and part of a plastic tablecloth stuck to the underside.

I attended the BYU/WYO game a week or so ago when Cosmo (BYU) parasailed into the stadium at 8:30 p.m.! It was amazing!

Respect from God's country (Tallahassee). We don't have a mascot, just a symbol of our University. and kudos to CGD for putting a spotlight on some great mascots.

There’s NO mascot like Cosmo!!! He is one of a kind and rocking it!!!!!

I am a University of Utah grad, and even I know this statement isn't accurate. You don't get kicked out for not being Mormon, but you will get kicked out for not living by the Honor Code that you agree to when you enroll. Is that Honor Code based heavily on the beliefs of the religion? Well of course it is; it's a religious school. But you can live those standards without being a member of the Church.
