All of your content has just been so quality for nearly 4 years now. I don't think you need to worry about the whole streaming vs. youtube thing. Regardless of what you've played, or the different things you've experimented with over the years, it's always been good content. You have a knack for creating consistently good videos (shoutouts to editors too) and I really hope you don't plan on stopping anytime soon

Damn...SimpleFlips covering my romhack is the belated birthday present I never knew I needed. Been watching you for years, man, and it is absolutely surreal to see you cover something I created. As always, you make gameplay footage so much fun to watch with your entertaining and hilarious personality. Thank you so much for this video. And a quick FAQ for some of the commenters: 1. Many have already noticed, but the punchline was indeed at 16:02, it's a hint that helps you progress forward. 2. I think SimpleFlips may have been thinking of Plinko, though despite its name the mission doesn't much resemble Pachinko either. I just wanted to make fans of Sunshine shudder. 3. A couple people asked about the music - it's all original music! My buddy wrote Worlds 2 & 4, the Koopa Race, we cowrote World 3, and I wrote everything else. Some of the themes may sound similar to themes you already know; we definitely took a lot of inspiration from some of our favorite game themes during the writing process. I'm going to upload the OST to my KZread channel in the next couple days for those who want to listen! 4. A couple clever commenters noticed the name Tartaruga Castle, where tartaruga is Italian, Portuguese and Galician for "turtle", referring to Bowser. P.S. Koopa The Quick is in recovery and doing great. It's a Christmas miracle 🎄

@ Hard disagree. Simple is clearly concerned about the longevity of a video and having an ad for something that no longer can be obtained hurts a video's longevity. Therefore, keeping them in videos for preservation's sake is literally keeping the problem around. To preserve it, he could upload the advert separately elsewhere but keeping them in the video is detrimental. But, of course, he's not obligated to preserve them at all imo.

The beta endcard terrified me and that is probably an improvement over the fanart, props to whoever came up with and drew that I don't know how to feel about it. While there is a non-zero dropoff in viewers, I really do love non-Mario content from you. Stuff like Core is fun, that no-drop Tetris video is I think one of your best and TTT is fucking beautiful. Mario Maker 2 will probably remain my favorite content ultimately but everything you make, Nolan edits and Matt also edits depending on the video, and of course Vic archives if streamed godspeed to him for doing the audio work, is incredibly enjoyable. Through my journey to catch up I looked most forward to videos of yours I didn't immediately recognize like Songs For A Hero, actually, and unless I messed up horribly the only video I skipped was Chaos 3.0 because I want to watch the stream archives for that first before the highlight reel. Anyway, thank you for pushing on and creating content even if you're worried it might not be well received, I enjoy it a lot.

Again, not going to watch this because I already saw the full version, part of it in the Christmas Day stream and the rest on the "SimpleClips: Full Streams" channel. Still commenting for the algorithm though ;-)

Walljumps in SM64 are fairly easy to pull off, the moment that might make it into a not-great starter hack for me would be the chain longjumps over quicksand with red coins hanging off the edges.

I'm trying to get into romhacking (at the time of writing this there's a troll hack competition going on) and seeing those Beta worlds at the end was really inspiring.

I want to thank you SImpleFlips for not forcing Ads in every video forever. It is so disheartening whenever someone comes across an amazing product... *But it doesn't exist anymore* It almost feels like a slap to the face when it happens. People forget that if you want to plug your merch... you can upload a video doing that a few times... and when the merch is gone? Delete the video. Everyone wins.
