I just want to use or maintain data in sheet. purchase order received order and remaining order by order numbers in diffrenet colour(White,black,pink,mustard) and different sizes of garments like (s,m,l,xl) IN FIIFO method so i can track in how much quantity is pending from which order number.

दीपक सर, मेरे पास दो एक्सेल शीट्स है (१) कॉलम हैडर में स्टाफ का नाम है और निचे पिछले ४ बार के ट्रांसफर ऑफिस का नाम तथा (२) दूसरे शीट में मेरी कंपनी के २४ ऑफिसेस का नाम है। शीट १ के हैडर बाले स्टाफ को पिछले ४ पोस्टिंग ऑफिस को छोड़कर शेष २० ऑफिस में ट्रांसफर किया जाना है. कुल स्टाफ की संख्या ३००+ है और कुल ऑफिस की संख्या २४ है, जिसमे प्रत्येक स्टाफ का स्थानांतरण पिछले ४ पोस्टिंग वाले ऑफिस को छोड़कर रैंडम तरीके से पिछले ४ पोस्टिंग के अतिरिक्त बचे २० ऑफिस में से किसी एक ऑफिस में किया जाना है, इसके लिए फार्मूला क्या होगा कृपया बताएं।
