be real.. drones are beautiful to look at, up in the sky you can hardly see them, so why fly a drone, just put it in front of their private property and start filming it with a bodycam. 🤓

When they say your drone could distract people working if they only knew as a drone flying myself, you take your eye off it for a second and it's very difficult to find it again. So how can that distract anybody?

These legal experts work in all sorts of businesses

Why are all these legal scholars working in unrelated professions, if auditing has taught me anything it's that UK business has a massive untapped resource, legal experts.

Why does the entire workforce in the UK think permission is required to fly a drone? It's madness. Who told them this nonsense? "You can't take pictures of people, it's against the law"...."just phone the police Paul"....silly girl! And then.......silly girl closes the see through gate.......to stop the drone???

Permission is now required due to some people who film premises which are later burgled or cars cloned because someone gathered all the data his mates needed about security and vehicles parked in car parks. Check the new regulations due to people like this.

Just a tip, try not to fly below the fence line or below building height, that way you can say your drone is truely outside of their property

I’m enjoying these videos. Despite the number of auditors doing this sort of thing, there are still so many uneducated people who say you can’t take photos.. or fly the drone.. it’s illegal 😂 You might a fairly new at this but you’re already as good (if not better) than DJ Audits etc. Keep up the good work 👍 Cheers, Steve.

12:22 why the cut here? You cut out what was likely the most interesting bit? Always a bit concerning when you see too many cuts in audit videos - it makes you wonder what we weren’t allowed to see. Not telling you how to edit or what to do, but audits are about transparency - this sort of goes against that somewhat. Good videos though - not knocking you, just some feedback 👍

Nice to see another channel doing industrial units. However, please try not to waffle so much when confronted, just advise those who confront you that what you’re doing is perfectly legal, and they do not own the airspace above their site. Be straight to the point, and assertive. With more audits under your belt, perhaps you’ll be able to stop the waffle.

The CAA don't give permission, the CAA only address the safety aspect of the drone flight. If you fly over private property without the landowners permission it could constitute trespass.

@@GavTatu Outside of taking off and landing, aircraft must stay above 500 feet in open countryside and 1,000 feet in congested areas. Under these heights, over private property, it could constitute trespass. Don't take my word for it. Do some research of your own.
