Yes, it is true. Went to Guyana got sick the doctors and staff at the hospital were very nice. Got treated, they gave me free medication. They ones they did not have I took the prescription to the pharmachist to get filled.🎉🎉 Awsome.

From what I know, Cuba does the same...they give health services even to foreigners.
