I am sure that valve will work hard to fix cs2 so it can be considered a good successor to cs go, but at the current state, csgo is better

I love CSGO this why I want CSGO back because i love the factions very much

I don't actually hate cs2 but the thing is that it doesn't work smoothly in my laptop due to old hardware, but cs go used to work smoothly after doing some optimisations, I miss that in cs2.

biggest fail from valve ... why disable matchmaking for cs go...

I tried this tutorial after playing CS2 & for some reason I still prefer CS:GO (it runs much better on older hardware as well). Don't really like the color scheme on CS2.

Yeah! The color is too saturated and too bright. And yeah, the main reason I prefer CS GO because it runs better on my laptop.

i can play cs2 but its horribly unoptimized, on 1024x768 low its mostly 30 fps. im not going to play cs2 for 1-2 months because im waiting for them to improve fps. im always shocked how valorant always gets over 60fps on 1080p low

i booted original CSGO and what made me sad is that whenever i boot up the game it says its going to be shutdown at the end of 2023 R.I.P CSGO 2012-2024

For people wanting to play csgo because their PCs can't handle CS2, I recommend to get CS 1.6 because it has active players, unlike CSGO. Also you can play CSS but it doesn't have as much players.

Yes so far it doesnt seem to want to launch like I hit play after changing it and it’s like validating it gets done doesn’t do anything so I go back to steam hit play and it does the validating all over again and still does nothing

You can play community servers. This was the only way of playing CS 1.6 and Source (until CSGO came allong anyways) so I don't really see what the big deal is. Now CSGO is just like 1.6 and Source in that there is no matchmaking (which CS 1.6 and Source never had in the first place).

You can still surf, just follow these instructions and join whatever surf servers you were playing before

I think valve is targeting the cs2 for new players since it's pretty "friendly" (like xhair follow recoil *yuck). but I they forgetting the veterans. and plus for me cs2 is not ready to go public yet. soooo many issues in that game

@@thewiseowl8804 I have frame drop everytime I using a scope in bolt rifle, I have 165hz monitor, in csgo my fps around 150-200, but in cs2 stuck in 60 and my monitor read as a 60hz monitor, crashed most of the time, game resolution suddenly change from 16:9 to 4:3 mid game, I have 45ms ping on csgo, in cs2 it's 24-25ms but in cs2 I have some kind of delay between the shooting and the impact (I tried it on chicken, the delay is around .5-1s
