He could've just gave himself notch apples, got the spawners, and when he had the command cap, he could've wished for a stack of command blocks and a stack of diamonds so he could farm with the block. Also at the end, there is somehow an end portal frame to the side which makes this content way more suspicious

He's essentially a God with this Mod. Well, this is the reason why Mojang never adds OP Mods to Minecraft. It would be too easy that way, and everyone would lose interest in the game after 2 months. People have to learn Coding to upgrade their Mod packs in their servers.
