u need to be extremely costumer friendly. I contacted superhost, asked few questions about bedding and such. I did booking the place, then after I asked few more questions again and superhost said why so many questions. like wha, Im not allowed to ask questions??? and thats superhost

Nope. Even the paid softwares can’t with great accuracy. And the best way to do that type of research is still right through the airbnb platform

@misshollywood6796 well that's exactly what I'm talking about, the typical homes in the suburbs the single family homes yes they are banned from. And that's what I'm talking about.

People will get crashed. More and more people are choosing hotels due to night Airbnb fees and costs. I’ve been hosting 14 properties half block from the beach in Miami and my gross revenue went down 30% in 1 year. I’ve been hosting for 8 years. Too much competition and less demand for STR. This guys is making most of his money from courses. Do your own research and don’t listen to these gurus. His business is based in selling you the dream. I don’t even have an overhead since I manage and clean the properties myself because I live in the same building. New hosts are popping up everyday and demand is going down.

I'm friends with 10 super hosts in the area combined we have 150 properties. we are all having the same decrease in profits from the last 2 years. There is an over saturation of Airbnbs and less demand. I'll listen up if you're willing to show your numbers and compare them with the last 2 years. I'm not denying that you're the "BEST" i'm just stating facts. @@AirbnbAutomated
