I know that you can't have clubs gatherings at rental lots. I think you might need to give the lot a different designation, perhaps library or museum. I have a "gym" that I don't really use any more that my starter Sims lived in until they got on their feet. I would not suggest a gym or bar, lol. But a library could suggest that you have models or advertisers stopping in for various meetings. Just a thought. My only other thought is that maybe the trait was stopping the gathering.

Interesting video. It got me thinking. Even without the mod, you could probably have three or four sims in a house/apartment with a separate work area for activities as writing, programmers going into the hackling branch or maybe the business career. Just a thought.

I learned you cant have club gatherings on all types of lots. My club couldnt gather on a generic lot, so I had to change it to something else. I think a library is a good idea for lot change, where you can gather.
