They didn't fix Arabia, they now made it so that in order to form it, you need Hatay, so yeah, not fun

your videos are great. btw can you fix the reform Byzantium decision, after doing the decision reform Byzantium the name of city and state of Edirne remains as Edirne. it does get renamed to Adrianople when you do the greater Greece decision but with the reform Byzantium one it stays Edirne for no reason

well if they are puppet, chance of picking it is very low, and they have to be a puppet, I think you could in theory make them say no if you would click a decision and annex them right away, then release them as an independent country
