Rich is really getting caught up on narratives. For NFL he is better than that, but maybe for NBA he doesn't know enough and defaults into ESPN talking points

JB has made many clutch shots like that. Celtics made a lot of mistakes to let Pacers get back n they shot insane %. Celtics gotta eliminate t.o. n win regardless of how bad it look, let Porzingis get more rest.

JB had some clutch jersey grabs too. Held Siakams jersey before that last inbound turnover was thrown in and even worse held Siakams jersey for like 2-3 full seconds on late rebound...foul on Siakum somehow. No free throws no win for Boston. Pacers still gave it away. Carlisle just had to use the timeout and inbound the f ball. Game over

Totally agree, and also JB started locking down D wise and Mazzula went away from the cute switches and just stuck Holliday on Haliburton for the rest of the game and he was downright nasty D wise and got in Haliburtons head imo

Kinda like how Siakam grabbed Tatum during free throw or how he flop on Horford during a rebound. Pacers messed up gave that game away. Give credit to Jrue for inbound pass n for Brown making an amazing shot.

It's so funny how this show (which I think is far more accurate) is listing the exact same things from the Celtics/Pacers game 1 but saying the completely opposite things about them than the ESPN fake debate shows. Debate shows saying Celtics were off 5 days to Indie coming off 7 game series should have been an edge for Boston, this show saying Pacers benefitted from this. Debate shows saying how good Pacers should feel about almost winning, this show saying they blew their best chance of a win in boston and shouldn't get the moral victory. Fake Debate shows narrative driven crap is the worst. Lol
