I'm deep in a personal trauma healing journey which has been quite honestly hell. Healing from childhood SA from my bio dad and oldest brother. And damage from my narcissistic bio mom. I share all that because it's often difficult for my nervous system to just be calm. But every time I listen to your renditions, they bring me peace. The harmonies, arrangements, acoustic guitars...all of it combines into 3-4 min of peace. And I'm realizing that moments that bring peace are far more valuable than any possessions. So thank you. 💜
