    I am social anxiety disorder person. I listen your same hypnosis video again and again. Hypnosis can be a useful tool for managing anxiety, but listening to the same hypnosis lesson repeatedly may not always be effective in reducing my anxiety. ( GOOGLE is saying this) I felt show better in beginng but know I don't feel anything even I listening twice a day... please explain the truth Tarun Malik Jee....
