I love your content so much. After so many years I can more and more identify with your mindset. And that's a good sign. It means something happened, I was so much afraid it would never happen: Change. Not for the worse, but for the better. Change is everything. Change can make us feel uncomfortable. Because we don't like things to change, even if the situation is not the best... coz we fear it could get worse. But it's the illusion of safety. Only if we let go adn accept that, we can move.

love your videos as well as the messages you try to get across with them. I recently started school full time while also working and never have the time to ride my bike or climb and it feels like im taking a step backwards, when the whole point is to move forward. I could be content bartending and riding my bike forever, but i also feel like its not enough to get me to reach my ultimate goals so i feel like i have to get that "big job". Its a constant struggle back a forth whether or not the time sacrifice is worth it or not. Just dumping my life in your comment section, haha. Do you still ride your bike often?

I was so stuck this fall after so many things happened during the lasts months and decided in the last minute to visit my aunt and uncle in France to change my environment and see if I could focus on writting my phd thesis. Worked wonderfully and I am so glad I did it.
