Over the past 2 or 3 weeks, I have been waking up in the mornings at times with a heavy sadness in my chest and bad anxiety. These past 2 nights, I have listened to your affirmation tracks and I woke up in the morning with a sense of well-being. This morning, I woke up before the track was over so I did some stretches in bed while listening. I feel so refreshed right now. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️ I have been going through some heartbreak and confusing times in my life but listening to your meditations and affirmations, as well as doing yoga, eating well, and focusing on my hobbies and passions, has made me feel hopeful for what is yet to come.

Past couple days it’s been hard for me to focus. My mind has been all over the place during morning and evening meditation. I happen to come across this account this morning and thought I’d give it a try. Your voice is so soothing along with the background zen. I was completely focused. I really needed this.. as at this point so many important aspects of my life are changing.. You don't necessarily need to listen while you sleep. You can instead set aside time for meditation. By meditating, you will put your brain into a 'Theta' state - this is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. So meditate for say 5-10 minutes and then listen to this track for as long as you wish to. Many of us (including me) also listen to these more often e.g. when going for a walk, taking a bath, cooking dinner, as we get ready in the morning. It's up to you - the more the better! Do what works for you and feels like a pleasure. With so much love, Jess 💓

You are very welcome my friend, for the words to work - you need to listen to this while your brain is in a 'Theta' state, which basically means when your brain is in that sleepy state as you fall asleep and as you are just waking up in the morning. Most people just listen to it for the first hour or 2 of sleeping and then again as they are waking up. That is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming.
