I shift into this mindset but i live in a very toxic environment so its almost like these people in my household traumatize me out of it? They want me to fail. Its not paranoia, its just obvious. They are way too happy from me being miserable. I have an abusive tyrant of a father, he thinks he owns me and that manifests into me not feeling like my own person. I am so strong. I know it. Because i have to be. But how do i stop letting others dictate my life when it seems like theres no “out” from their manipulative abuse? What is the way here?

I am 23 y/o my mum passed away 2 yrs ago n last night my father has beaten me up once again 😢 He always been the same n I tried to commit suicide many times. I wanna run away from here but I have nowhere to go n due to incomplete studies I won't be able to have a job😢 My grandfather just passed away on may 24th n my father has abused me in front of ppl n my cousins made fun of me.. it's been 18 hours I'm constantly crying with an empty stomach n my father doesn't give a fuck. I don't even have real friends in life whom I can go n stay with 😢.
