I have a Yorkiepoo and she is the best dog. She is 3 now and is so intelligent. When she was about 6 to 8 months old she came in from the yard and had left her toy on the porch. I said, "Lena, you left your toy outside". She immediately turned around and ran back outside and grabbed her toy and came in. I had never told her to do that but she knew exactly what I was saying. I am retired now and she is always with me. I can't take her to my doctor or to church so that is the only time she is left with my son. She is my little sweetheart for sure. Also, she trained me. I ask her if she wants to go outside and if she does she barks and runs for the door. If I ask her if she is hungry she sits and lifts her left paw! So very smart.

Thanks for the non biased video, I have a Yorkiepoo and have no regrets, such great family dogs and they get along well with all age groups in the house, very energetic but lots of character.

They are so cute and loveable mine is 10 and 5 years old like children sleep in bed speel to my husband I will always be a yorkie lover I'm looking for third one I know they are attention seekers but that's fine when I had cancer my bitch was sleeping with me on my husband pillow every now and then looking into my face see if I'm still breathing

I been looking everywhere for a puppy all the breeders I found charge like 2,000 for a puppy I find it ridiculous

I am bias because I've had 2 Yorkies and one of them was a great certified therapy dog and was the most obedient dog I've ever seen. She was soooo good at making people that were sick, elderly or handicapped feel special. She was a very special dog. She just passed at 18 years and 8 months of age. Never forgotten, always loved beyond all, my sweet Madison, my Maddie Moo!!God please have my babies in Heaven so I can be with them again!!🙏🙏❤❤

I have a friend of mine who has been living with my family for three years now due to cancer. She has a Yorkiepoo named Peanut. Before they moved in I wasn't a big small dog person. I liked my labs and retrievers and I had a beagle/walker hound mix and she was a decent size. But let me tell you this little dog has stole my heart. He is so easy to take care of. He is super smart. He only barks if someone rings the door bell or is walking outside. He is a major snuggle bug. Now he doesn't like kids but that's cause he is technically a resume dog. The family he was with before my friend abused him. Kids kicked him and pulled his tail,but he has so much love to give. I also have really bad allergies and he doesn't mess with them unless he has been outside rolling in the grass and dirt haha. I highly recommend a Yorkiepoo if you are looking for your next fur baby or fur bff. ❤️❤️🐾🐾

crate trained my yorkiepoo early and have no issues with separation for upwards of 5 hours at a time

My little friend Watson was a stray, which is craze, because he is such a smart dog, and great with kids. He is very territorial (but not aggressive) however and needed some training to fit well with a large family.

I have a Yorkie Silky cross and she is amazing! I grew up with poodles but will alway have a tiny pup, I usually take any pup that needs a good home.

I had a yorkiepoo I rescued from the spca she was the sweetest didn’t bark was on the calmer side but she had extreme separation anxiety. I could leave her with my gf at the time and she’d be depressed wouldn’t eat would just lay in a corner until I came back i felt so bad I started taking her to work with me then it got too dangerous because if I forgot to close a window and left she’d jump out the window and come find me.

My cousins yorkiepoo and poodle had pups and I'm thinking about if the puppies will become more like yorkiepoo or poodle

I had a yorkie for 14 years and now I've had a yorkie poo for a week. The yorkie poo is MUCH more rambunctious so far LOL I'm sure he will mellow out but I can already tell he's going to be harder to handle and train.

@Woof G would you say that a yorkie is a dog that plays a lot and is easy to cuddle? My friends are trying to convince me that I shouldn’t take a yorkie because they are too small to play with and are not that willing to play as well as not easy to snuggle with and a bit small

I wish I knew this before hand! I passed my Yorkie on to someone else because he was aggressive and territorial. I thought I was raising him wrong-- but, I'm informed now! Thank you so much now. I think I'm ready to get another and have much more patience in the future!

I love my sweet, loving and sometimes stubborn Yorkipoo, Bella. She’s 16 pounds so bit more sturdy as she is miniature poodle and Yorkie.

Mac, my Yorkie-doodle, (much nicer than "poo"), inherited every inch of the "dynamic Terrier personality." He looks just like his sire; has classic black saddle w/light golden legs & face, confirmation, 7 lbs. wavey hair from his Mom. We LOVE EACH OTHER to death. Smart as a whip & a problem solver. Figured out every training class & zoomed to top. Let a rule slip, crossing the street-game over. Not quite so cooperative at home (terrier). They r thinking dogs after all. He LOVES all humans, big or little. Because of his Dominant terrier personality, We've strict rules around who is the lead dog & what is mine & what is his. (i.e.the bedroom & bed mine). Dog aggressive (terrier trait) no matter if he'd lose the fight. Took 11 yrs to bring that under contro.l. He reclaims his territory on every walk & looks like he's on sentry duty. He flunked daycare, ho-hum, boring. Yet he is a delightful & very affectionate dog to all humans. He does have a couple dog friends, though he's mostly a loner. He is a piece of work. Not the dog for a 1st time owners. You have to love 💖that terrier personality. And I do. 🥰

@@denisebrown3179 My Bella is very confident and protective when on walks. If she sees another dog or human she will poke out her chest, hold her head up to the point she looks a little bigger. It’s hilarious considering how tiny she is compared to most dogs. She loves being around family but isn’t too keen on other dogs.

I've got two female Yorkies so clever I'm just waiting for them to answer me they understand so well everything were saying

I have a Maltese Yorkie Poodle mix... WoW! She has the Brains coloring of a Poodle, Beauty and hair of the Maltese and STUBBORN nature of the Yorkie... I am a Cesar FAILURE! This dog thinks that I am her puppy and doesn't hesitate to correct any behavior she deems inappropriate! What do you do with a dog that shoves their throat into you hand and pushes and glares at you as if to say "WHAT KNOW?" She is AMAZING with ALL humans and I turned around to see a couple of children pulling on her ears (I rescued her right away and she wasn't hurt) but she just licked and loved those kids... no regrets with my Yorkie mix!

I got a yorkie but he is the different look than yours as he's in adulthood by the way

They are both beautiful, but I would go for the Yorkie every time.

Any sort of poodle take s a different approach. Have had several different breeds of dogs and the poodle is the smartest and takes a brain to deal with it. Hate to say this but the dumbest I had was Doberman. 😷💖
