You know, I really like the way that Yorick fits the warped good guy archetype. He seems so inherently evil and uncaring about sacrifice when the actual reality of it all is he's just one of the few remaining forces fighting against the influence shadow isles to try and bring things back to the way they were.

They couldn't think of one for taunt graves? It would be perfect! Something like, "you're not a dead man walking... yet" or "Graves? I'm sick of them" or "I don't like that name, can I call you Malcolm?"

For those wondering who they are talking about at 6:15. Viego is the Ruined King and the Maiden (Yorick's ult) is his dead wife. Viego performed a ritual to resurrect his wife. He failed and because of that the Shadow Isles are now cursed. Yorick and Maokai are the only two original inhabitants that managed to resist the curse and try to end it (by killing Viego). Basically, Yorick uses the Viego's dead wife as a weapon against him while she tries to influence Yorick into joining Viego.

ok so, the lore of the shadow isles is that they once were a sacred land where you could find a lake that gave immortality to anyone taking a swim in it. The ruined king (the blade is his) took his dead wife there to revive her thx to the sacred water, but it wasnt supposed to bring the dead back to life, so it basically cursed the shit out of the isles and thats why things are rly fucked up there

Soooo before I used to think that this angry female voice from Yorick was the mist tunting him but now after Gwen's release and the ruination cinematic it seems like this voice is a fragment of isolde's soul ( maybe it's the corporated part of her or maybe the conflicted part of her that still loves Viego while the fragment that were in senna is the part of her that is scared of what he'd become and doesn't want to return to him and the fragment that is within Gwen is the part of her that want to stop him and can't forgive him for what he did ( I know that Gwen is her own individual and doesn't seems to relies that isolde is what have given her life but in interaction with Viego there seems to be two voice's coming out of her or a echo maybe it is both her and isolde together ) this makes me wonder how the other fragments of isolde's soul will be like

Finally, a Kindred intereaction! awesome. But it's to expect; he's basically talking to death itself.

So here's my crackpot theory: The king and the Maiden (I'm guessing his daughter) are the ones who ultimately killed Mordekaiser in the past. Morde was already way deep into black magic, so it's possible that his magic reached the king and princess. The princess would become the Maiden, corrupting her father in an effort to make him an uber death lord. He becomes a tyrant who slaughters his people, locks away dissidents (Hi, Thresh!), and forges the Blade to feed on souls. He attempted some dark ritual to summon the Maiden (and perhaps someone even more powerful), but was stopped by Yorick. How does Yorick even get close? With the aide of the king's general, who had had enough of the slaughter. The ritual is stopped and Yorick binds the Maiden to that slab, but not before enough of the Black Mist is conjured to corrupt Yorick, the general (Hi, Hecarim!), and the entire island. The king is now dead, but his body becomes a fountain of Mist that cannot be stopped. Why? His Blade protects it. The ritual is tied to the Blade and preserves his body, but is needed to complete it. If the king and the Blade are reunited, Yorick could destroy the king's body, but it also runs the risk of completing the ritual and letting whatever is pumping the Black Mist into Runeterra out.

I though the same! I wouldnt be suprised if in the future, riot creates senna as a champion... they can easily upgrade the lore so that she gets, somehow, free of thresh's lantern :/
