This is the new racket from Yonex called Nanoflare Nextage that releases this year.

I feel it’s more thick and last longer! Also even use it for couple times but still have good balance between the racket and string

When you grip your racket, do you strip it down to the wood, then grip it?

It depends. You can strip off the old grip and wrap electrical tape on the wood to protect it from moisture. Then you would use a replacement s grip (not an overgrip) such as the Yonex AC126 Tour synthetic leather grip) or 2 layers of Yonex supergrap over grips. Replacement grips have adhesive backing while overgrips/overgraps do not.
