Wife has battled breast cancer for the past year and we are on the other side. She is cancer free now and is undergoing radiation. Thanks for sharing!!

Cancer 100% sucks. But gotta find the up side. And I’m happy you have. Everyday is a gift. I know sometimes it’s hard to look at it that way when your on the daily grind but we’re blessed everyday we wake up. I’ll be praying for you. So happy to see you back and at it.

I'm sorry to hear you've had to go thru this. My best friend Capt. Tim ended up getting and succumbing to cancer . It was a wake up call to me and all our mutual friends, co-workers, and other US Merchant Marine / US Coast Guard licensed captains. Early detection is key. His doctor said five years earlier it would have been a quick snip cutting off some pollips, and he would have been fine. Unfortunately he didn't have a primary care doctor to keep after him and getting him to get the 50 year old check ups. I have always wanted to build a workshop / garage behind my house, and figured I would build it ..... soon. After what happened to Tim, I finally did build my little shop , but even with the financial hardships it would have caused, I see now that I should have built it 20 or 25 years ago. I'm glad I did finally, and have a place for my '96 C4 to live in the winter and have a place to set up my machine shop. Take care Bud. I'm glad you're on the road to recovery my friend. Happy Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas.

I've been watching a few of your videos this morning after seeing your SS pickup video on the sidebar from the recent TDIB manual SS review. You're going through cancer but made a video to help others! I think that's awesome. I hope you've kicked that cancer's ass for good! I spot different wheels on the SS in the tail end of this video. They look much better. I'm not a fan of the stock wheels either. I bought my SS new in 2015 and had the wheels swapped out in a few months and did springs to bring the car down from the clouds. The stock suspension is way too tall and I don't like the excessive nose-down look. With the trim height adjustment, the springs work well with the mag ride. I enjoyed the video of your friend picking up the M2C too. I also have an M2, but an "OG" 2017. Great car, but it makes the SS feel like a barge. Ha! Long post, but just wanted to say hi and that I enjoy your videos.

Thanks for the post! I'm alive and well as of today! I have a follow up video I need to edit of the SS, I have ctsv coupe wheels on it now which I like. I plan on dropping a lot more videos more frequently in 2022 (building a garage from scratch ) so stay tuned!

Thank you! Physical test, I asked to have one as it had been 10+ years since id had one. Got an ultrasound that same day and that confirmed something was up. I thought I was fine, but am glad I got checked out.

Wow! I wish you the best with your plans and pray that you have a clean bill of health after what you've gone through. I appreciate the encouragement to all us guys to not put off getting checked. I know, I generally don't go to doctor any more than I have to. Definitely a wake up call. I've enjoyed your tundra related videos, especially comparing the first gen Tundra to the Tacoma. It help cement the idea I was having of buying a first gen Tundra myself. I ended up buying a nice 2004 double cab 4x4 in March this year and have greatly enjoyed it. Best wishes and I hope and pray everything goes well for you from here on.

Thank you for having the courage to make the video! Not many people would. My mom beat ovarian cancer.... Then was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer about 6 years later. Not sure of the circumstances, but if the first diagnosis went undiagnosed you may not have had those precious extra 6 years. I may get hit by a bus tomorrow, and this situation has changed me to live for the now while hoping for the future instead of expecting the future. True that! I spoke with a co worker about this topic who had a family member who didnt get screened. By the time they went to the doctor, it was too late. Hoping people who watch this go and get an annual checkup scheduled asap!
