Yogurt Soup (Ash e doogh)
1 Bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 to 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder(Opt.)
1 can (15.5 oz) of chickpea
2 C and 4 Tsp yogurt
6 and 1/2 C water
1 egg one
1 Tsp all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 C cook rice
salt as much as you like

Wow. There was a Tampa restaurant that had "Bottled Dough" on its menu. So, I had to research that. Then I saw there was an "Ash E Doogh" that folks make. It looks amazing. I eat vegetarian, but totally love garlic and onions and tons of herbs, along with yoghurt and chickpeas. Thank you!
