People have this stereotype that people of satvic lifestyle have to be skinny. You break this stereotype uncannily. Your video on how you manage to get past that would be a boon for many people who want to be on the other side (not skinny) following satvik/yogic lifestyle

Btw, I ate dinner with you in 2015. 21day Hatha yoga program. You sat next to me and ate slowly. Quietly. I can't forget your Slowhand movements. For some reason, your image was imprinted upon me. Something, I noticed in you that wasn't there in others. It is only after I saw you on the teacher desk taking our class in the morning, that I realized that your are teacher. We loved your voice in the Morning puja.

Thank you for your questions. And thank you for liking my work. I will try to answer them in the Q & A video. And wow you are right. I was doing the morning puja and took a few yogasana sessions as well. That was the first time I was teaching Yogasanas sessions and I remember the Adiyogi Alayam was packed with participants (300 or more probably)!

Namaskaram I have very much enjoyed your videos so far. I’ve stabilised myself with IE ISHA Kriya and ups yoga daily. I originally did my IE in person in 2016 in UK. I did it off and on but for some deliciously unknown reason it has taken off. I take need and turmeric ball every day, sanjevini drink. My eating has changed out of recognition and my relationship to water. I’m away to learn surya Kriya and butte shuddi this month. I feel you came along at an opportune time. You ooze a stability and ease which is palpable. You have given me some great insights into possible next steps . Realisation’s happening more and more it’s the greatest journey you can ever have, thanks for your contribution and I look forward to seeing you again thanks.😁

I stumbled across your video because there was a call for people to stay and work at the ashram for 3 years and I had the thought that I can't escape my life and go to the ashram because the ashram is not heaven. Whatever I face here I will face there and I have enough sense to know that people are people. And then you articulated it exactly as I thought.

Only by walking your own path, you can start to be of use for others on their own - I bow down to your efforts to make this video series happen. So many confusions - before, during and after my stay at the Ashram - shared by those I saw around me, about the need to belong somewhere. Your experience of the Ashram perfectly sums up those of many I have spoken - an elevating experience and establishment of your way of being. My escapism cannot hold it any longer and I am excited for the next step. Thank you for your sharings

What is the defference between volunteering and full-time volunteering and if you committed to full time volunteering you cannot go back to home for some days ?

I had a very good relation with a Hatha Yoga teacher. I told him about another program I attended under another teacher. So, he gave her the feedback. Next day, I said Namaskaram to her and she just ignored me. Damn! Anyway things happen.

But how do you manage finances?

Why he asked kankana ranawat the actress to do directly samyama advanced progra with out doing basic course inner engineering. After completing the program she posted that she got shiva that was missing in her. Now I didn't see any comment s from her.

Brother in this channel ur saying that the brahmachari in isha yoga was against u leaving ashram, and on vaisakh sabus channel ur saying that the ashram people told u , u can come back anytime u want, and we're supportive of u leaving Which one is it and why two diffrent stories ?

People who are volunteering full time how they're able to expense of their own....
