Thanking you sir ji, Please clear one doubt in Surya namaskar. In one video of Surya namaskar of Mohali Chandigarh. Aapne kaha ki ashwa sanchalan main neck & foot straight rehna chahiye but in this video your neck is on sky side & foot & knee is bend. Kindly suggest Regards
