If Congress gets forty seats it's moral victory for Rahul gandhi. Fact of the matter is that 25 % seats to BJP is contribution of prepoll surveys where brand modi was shown invincible. The meagre seats BJP got come from systematic campaign to project brand modi. Media never brought out that every house hold in UP was suffering from unemployment
