Sun rising from the devil horns and setting into devil horns is so scientific and rational, but yoga is pure superstition and dogma. Most of the podcast was about superstition. But, no! Yoga is pure superstitious and dogma. Even though Buddha rejected the idea of Aatma(soul) and paramatma(God) but Buddhist form of yoga also is pure superstition and dogma. Great learning from you.

yoga and telepathy is shirk , even if we doing dhikr of Allah why would we need to do it in a particular yoga position think about it its complete stupidity if we want to connect to allah we will do it through namaz and through dhikr normally not in any yoga postion

Seriously immense respect for sheikh.He knows aptly how to set things in their place and clear concepts.

I use it as exercise - Control breathe - Not thinking about anything. Just empty mind. And there is no need of sun or posture. Just one back straight, sitting anywhere (Not just in sun) & full focus on deep breathe. And yeah it increase the power of Imaan & mind.
