    I do these workouts when I’m feeling unwell and pre skating and honestly it’s helped me progress way quicker really helps with your overall being in general mental state and physical and emotional. I had some real skate anxiety and ankle issues and this and a few resistance bands really helped with quick progression and getting through the winter. Great Content 10/10 watch both sessions

    I reckon this guy might’ve given me an assisted yoga/stretching session outside MACBA a few summers ago? I was sitting down just trying to do some stretches, feeling stiff & old, & a guy comes up & asks if I need a hand. I’m a bit taken aback at first, but I agree. Next minute he’s pushing & pulling my limbs in all directions, but afterwards6 I felt incredible.

    Hahaha dude that's amazing! He used to chill at macba a lot so totally could have been. I understand why you would be taken aback at first too but good on ya for being open haha.

    I want to make my ankles and hamstrings flexible, stretching these muscles is a very tough and painful, and time-consuming process. I've been stretching for more than 2 years and still, I cannot sit upright (neutral) when I put my legs forward or cross them. But I'm still trying to improve my range of motion and skateboarding performance.

    I am pain af when doing the back. Whats going on? I didn't fell on my back....maybe yes Im not sure lol
