    So far I’ve completed the first 2 episodes of your beginner videos in 1 session, and right now, my entire body feels loose and great. I feel so calm and at peace… and my hips bro 😅 feel the best they have felt in the last 5 years. I’m only 25, but I work 7 days a week. The anxiety and work related stress I encounter is crippling. My body was so tense and stiff every single day, but I feel that if I stick to a yoga routine, many parts of my life will improve. Subbed

    Cat Cow is a Dominant Movement I do regularly, even Very Carefully in the Shower in the Morning - it really helps me stay Flexible.

    I can feel the difference in my back after doing this routine just one time, Thanks. One question : I have a slightly pulled groin muscle which I could feel doing happy baby pose. Should I wait until it is healed completely or continue to do happy baby?
