If Yoda felt the confrontation through the Force of Darth Vader fighting Obi-Wan on the Death Star, I wonder if he felt the confrontation between Darth Vader fighting Ahsoka on Malachor from Star Wars: Rebels and what his thoughts would be?

He didn't because most of the non-film material (even canon) never happened in George Lucas's original scheme. To put it simple, if George Lucas didn't know about it in the 70's and 80's then none of those events took place.

MrFedoraFilm he probably felt the same surge of the force. He felt the Deaths of the Jedi so I presume he would for Ahsoka too. Especially the pain both radiated off of them because of seeing each other in those circumstances.

This is great! I might have to pick up that book, so I can read the short stories. I like that it seems like Yoda had not given up on Anakin. He wanted to bring him back, and I'm sure that had Obi-wan and Yoda gone to Mustafar in Revenge of the Sith, then they would have been able to.

I think if Yoda trained Leia she would have ended up equally as powerful as Luke. She had a different set of pros and cons in her upbringing that would benefit or hinder Jedi training than Luke. However, I believe if both of them would have been trained together they could have pushed each other to becoming me even more powerful. I would have loved to see how impressive Luke and Leia could have been as Jedi Masters working side by side.

Interesting story. I think Vader had trodden too far down the dark path for Yoda to bring him back personally. As for training Leia, again I don't think it was her. At the time, she had far too much of a temper and probably would have been a lot easier to turn to the dark side, so it could have been a big mistake - would make an interesting what if though.

Anakin striking down Obi Wan actually caused Anakin more pain even if he was vader. It always felt that Vader and Anakin always has an internal conflict and kills people he cares about.

I feel like if both Luke and Leia were trained, it can go many ways. Looking only at the final battle. One would fall to the dark side is my best guess. During their confrontation with Vader and The Emperor, only one of them will need to be put down to throw the other into a rage. Luke lost it from simple taunts about Leia. How would he react if Palpatine killed her. Leia seems even more likely to give into rage and go down the dark path given her rebel past, torture at Vaders hands, Alderaan. Another thing that could happen is them turning on each other because Luke wants to save Anakin but I doubt Leia does. While all Skywalkers (Anakin included) teaming up is a possibility. It is less likely since Vader was still Sith at that point.

Yes, Leia always seemed far less forgiving of Vader than Luke Did. Do you know why she was less forgiving of Vader than Luke was?

Very interesting ideas! I had never considered "what if" Yoda had trained Leia. But the two of them as Jedi, together they would be unstoppable, assuming they didn't fall to the Dark side. That would've been an awesome thing to see, both Luke and Leia confronting Vader and Sidious.
