The stonechips is what puts me off taking my RS on track so the Megane gets it instead. I love Donington, there again on Monday.

Great video, I didn't realise donington was still operating, thought they went bust - I live 10mins from it. Might have to investigate some laps, do you need any sort of formalities in place to just track a car?

Awesome man. Can't wait to get mine back on track. Is the car misfiring when you're flat out or is it the camera? Sounds like the revs are a bit up and down or something

It's the camera. For some reason the sound goes funny when I'm flat out at high rpm. We will have to meet up on track when your done.

It's a go pro hero 5. It's just simple and non complicated for me. But I use an external mic as the inbuilt mic is horrible. The hero 7 would be my next choice has they improved the sound.

Well done Steve car looked very fast down the straights do you know what your top speed was?

I was thinking I should of got some done but hearing that makes me feel a bit better about not doing it. It's the risk I take going on track so have to man up about it and keep on having fun.

Yeh they did the job fine. I did overheat them once at the end of the evening but overall they were ok.

Nice video, Mate! And great job on the car. It is good I can watch someone else having fun with Fiesta as I'm afraid to take mine to the track as it is my daily driver and I would ruin it :)) How did stock brakes hold up,tho? From video it is obvious you did not brake aggressively before every corner, but still it must have taken quite a lot of beating.

Yeh they were ok but I went easy on them. As you see in the clips only the once did I leave my braking late and hard. I was too afraid of cooking them. Torque vectoring kills them in the corners too and that's one of the reasons I was holding off accelerating hard out of the corners. If you feel the wheels spin on the corners then you pretty much know on these cars the brakes will get involved.

@@Sparkplugsteve true, totally forgot about torque vectoring, you are right! So do you plan on buying LSD? That would be serious upgrade along with bigger brakes you plan to do.
