The state won't even let you not pay your real estate taxes for 5 years it would go to the land commissioner before then, now your personal property, you can go that long you just won't be able to register a vehicle.

How does someone not know to pay taxes when he saw his parents getting tax money back??? 😂😂😂😂. You pay taxes when you buy ish at the Mall.....What made you think that you don't pay on even bigger items??? 😂

I never knew they allow you to go 5 years without paying taxes. I thought it was at least 1 year. Sounds like a made up lie about taxes. Someone educate me if they let you go longer than a year without paying taxes.

Yes. It is true. My family just got a letter in the mail about my deceased grandfathers house. They put the date at the top of the letter stating that they won’t seize the property until 2028, 5 years from now. So we got time to pay it if we decide to keep his home.

I had a family member that found out 6 years after the fact snd he was left a house in someone's will. It was by accident that he found out because there was no reading of the will. He paid a big percentage of the taxes and they let him pay on it until he paid them off.
