Great team. Coaches are doing waaay too much cursing. Are we influencing gangstas or athletic warriors. You dont have to talk that way. Look at their faces. The kids tuned them out. These coaches think they are the show. Its the players. They put too much attention into themselves.

What a horrible way to coach kid’s in your community. In Hawaii we are mandated as coaches to attend classes before you can go on the field
