A message to all the people that are having a bad day! Even if the days are rough, it will get better eventually, and if you think nobody loves or cares about you, you are wrong. There are so many people that care about you! If you're struggling through school or have a ton of missed homework (like me, Haha) or have exams that you're stressed about, just know that you can do it, and you've gotten so far in life! Whether you know it or not, one day things will be a lot better, and the sun will shine at some point. You are strong, and you've gotten through everything bad that life has thrown at you, and this time will be no different! You are beautiful in your own ways, and if anyone else says otherwise, they are wrong! Take care of yourself and get some sleep if you need it. Drink a lot of water and maybe take a warm shower or bath to relax, you deserve it! Stay a shining star, because all the bad things will leave at some point, don't lose hope!!

Сейчас случилось то, что не имело прицендентов и я не хочу об этом распыляться, но тем, кто тоже находится в тяжком положении, вне зависимости от вашей нации/пола/возраста, я бы хотел поделиться своими мыслями, которые и держат меня на плаву в такое время Развилка тут двузначна, либо ты ведрживаешь, становишься сильнее, опытнее и мудрее, либо ты ломаешься и проводишь жизнь в психушке/больнице/под наркотой и прочей деструктивной дрянью. В случае, когда у вас случилось что-то совсем невыносимое - обратитесь к психотерапевту. Вы ведь не терпите перелом ноги, сидя дома и не ждёте заживления, верно? Добавлю, что это и есть жизнь. Эта боль - это то, что жизнь собой и должна представлять, вы живы сейчас как никогда и можете называть это экзаменом и переходной стадией. Духовный рост так и выглядит и ради малейших, накапливающихся изменений нужно вытерпеть тонны говна и боли, но в конечном итоге вы возвыситесь с гордо поднятой головой и пойдёте дальше. Мне уже стыдно, что я пишу такое, но я искренне надеюсь, что это кого-то воодушевит и убережёт от страшных/необдуманных поступков

If you're having a bad day, I recommend not reading this cause mine's worse. Today I cleaned up my room by myself after taking an hour long shower. Inside my wallet, my ex wrote me kiss notes. (cute notes with kisses on the back) I stored them inside my wallet. I also found a box where she put some chocolates in. The box was empty of course, except for a heart shaped paper, where on stood "Enjoy your chocolates love!". My heart broke into pieces. I find it hard to realise she's gone. Not dead, but she left me. I find it difficult to accept. She's still in touch with me but that's what hurts me the most. If I ask if I can hug her when I see her again, she says yes but as a friend. It breaks me. So what I did, I took the kiss notes, put them in the box, also put a USB-stick in there with 2 love letters I wrote online for her. Whenever I read them I realise how much love I showed her. She always said I was enough, up until this day I still don't think so. I took a marker, and on the top of the box I wrote her name, the first day of us dating and the last day. I covered it up with a small sheet. I put the box away. Then my mom came home. She asked why my room was so clean. I instantly burst into tears, she said : "What's wrong honey? ". I said : "Nothing mom, just thinking about my ex." She just waltzed out of my room like nothing happened. I played some video games until 23:37. I got into my bed and felt great. I put on a song to sleep, and when this came on, I thought about her. And how she's off to spain right now, so far away, helpless and vulnerable. I care for her like I care for my mom. She means the world to me, even now. I've asked for second chances, but no. I started crying and needed attention so I sent a picture of me crying to some friends. Most of them sent me : "Crying little bitch, man up." But one person, my girl best friend helped me. Still even though she tried it didn't help. So here I am, I've been crying for the past 2 hours. Non stop. I hope your day's going to be better than mine was. I love you, whoever reads this.
