My twin brother died in a car accident, we were like 2 peas in a pod, and he had to go at the age of 15, I am now 19 and this song just reminds me of him, I love you bro, Im sorry you had to go at such a young age! I'll remember the days we played hide and seek, tag, football and volleyball. 😭😭😭 Edit: the reason this song reminded me of him was because he loved playing this song in the piano. I got my old android to boot back up and I have a video of him playing this song. Ill always remember my brother! ❤️

I do not have this song in my cell.... never herd it ever...my cousin shazam it. This song popped up. I'm not getting what I've asked for through prayers... maybe bcz I'm a mother impatient for answers.😔 This music came to my cell every night after his passing... kinda scaring out of my sleep. this reminds me of 3rd grade.. I had a best friend, she was called Jessica. She was really popular while I was really shy.. she helped me with basically everything at school. It was the best year of my life, the next year.. we were in grade 4.. a new girl named Abby came and took her away from me.. It was only till after 7 months Abby had to leave the school.. jess was crying, I never thought she was gonna cry so much... We were best friends again after that and we would skype, text, email Abby everyday.. sadly at the end of that year on December 12th Abby had Cancer. She died on January the 8th and Jess was so heartbroken.. she didn't know what to say and we basically didn't talk for about 2 weeks. Grade 5 then came.. we were in the same class and we sat next to eachother. Once again we became friends :) only for about a month though.. 2 new girls came, one was called Katie and the other one was Amber. Amber took Jess away from me like what abby did. Since Amber already had a bestfriend, all 3 became a trio excluding me out.. the next 2 weeks. They would bully me and make fun of me.. I would cry for days and even thought about commiting suicide. Later on that night I secretly cut my wrist in my bedroom and took pills. I fainted on the bathroom floor and had to go to the hospital. I went back to school and I could see how how red jess' eyes were.. was she crying becsuse of me? she then came closer and started pushing me.. she pushed me off a small little balcony at my school not really far from the ground. Her last words were sorry and I went back to the hospital and broke my foot.. my mom said enough was enough and that I had to leave that school and had to transfer some where else. I was surprised because we moved so far away from America to Australia.. I went to school there and I met really nice people.. I still wonder till this day, how is Jess going? does she miss me? why did she do this to me.. I still miss her and I remember this so well even thought it was so long ago. I'm nearly in college xD but I can remember everything and all the pain that I had to be in.. I dont know why she did this to me.. it really hurt me

When I heard this song, my heart became lighter and my worries went away. It also made me remember the best and the saddest memories, which made me cry in happiness and in sadness. Without this song, I would be stressing out and then ending up passing out. Thanks, Yiruma. You're such a legend; such masterpiece has to be remembered as the best song played by a piano. Hunter Swain passed away last week from get long time battle with cancer, Leukemia to be precise. She was only 13 years old. Her death made me upset for a while, but now I look back and realize her days of suffering are over she is with her granny and very very happy. I nearly took my own life, but these beautiful songs, all these people who really cared about me, even today I still can't help but tear up. Never say that no one cares about you. Because I care about you. Your family cares about you. Hell, even that raccoon going into your garbage cares because that raccoon may only go to YOUR garbage because they see that you're sad, and they wish that they could help, but their just a raccoon. The fact that you want to see them badly but u just can't...the thing that u miss them so much makes u cry..why does it have to be like that? You ask yourself..dont worry let it all rest..go to sleep close your eyes thing about the memories and listen to this song until u go to sleep and god will help you from your problem..remember..there will always be that person who will love you infinity..wait for him/her..soon you will learn to accept the sad truth..take care and have a nice day

At about 30 something minutes I started crying because of all the things I had to go through like the loss of my sister in a terrible accident😰, the loss of my niece in a fire😓😥. So this helped me so much. Thank you for this wonderful melody. ❤️❤️

I'm thinking Italy would cry from hearing this because he would be reminded of Holy Rome too much, and he would just hug Germany saying that it isn't anything special, he just wanted to know he was there beside him and will stay beside him till the end, unlike Holy Rome who had to leave for war.

the first time i heard this song i was almost in tears and this has been my fav song for such a long time and i didnt know who it was by and now i do know and now every time i listen to it i think of the past and how it has left its scars and how bad the past can be if you look back on it. while listning to this song it made me think that nobody has ever loved me or ever wanted to be my friend and they just do it because they feel sorry for me but they dont know the worst and nobody ever will.

Yeah it is also made me cry, but I interpret it in a different way. I cry because I was touched. I felt like the song was saying that leaving someone you love is painful, but even the pain is really beautiful as it leads to a new experience that might change your life and that life is an amazing thing which we are lucky to have as we get to feel pain, anger, annoyance and most importantly, love and happiness.

I'm so sorry dear! But you clearly have a massive heart and one day it will be full, and those people who picked on you will realise that theirs are empty. They may have the 'perfect' body but that's all they've got . But you have love and the dasire to be loved and you will be so much happier for it. Trust me, they are already so miserable inside that they feel the need to put others down to feel good about themselves. You will be so happy soon and it's gonna take their cold hearts a lot longer to feel the kind of joy you will feel.

I love the sound of rain in this version. The River Flows in You had emotion with the rain in the background but I found it too strong the way I could so clearly hear the water hitting the ground/surface. This one is just right. Gosh I feel so out of place with this comment....ack...

Recently, I moved away from everyone I knew and cared about and it took me 4 years to finally get over it and move on in my life. I’m only 12 and I already know that we all have to keep going and never give up. No matter what happens. Don’t dwell on the past. Live in the present.

I stil sit in darkness, listen tis music,I thinking my life , I miss my husband passed away 15 years ,I also think how my lovely son carry on if I passed away too.

When hardships are beyond such, when you've given your all... the saddest song that came upon you, made you HAPPY? Something so soothing that touches your heart in every way?... reminding you that YOU!.. HAVE HEART! If you're feeling what I feel then you should know and how wonderful it is that you're feeling this way. People grapple with what will make them succeed in life, never understanding that simplicity is success on it's own. The world of worlds haven’t grasp and felt that feeling defined “EMPATHY” an emotion or anything or most powerful of all the heavy weight champ called “LOVEI” I didn't know that empty hearts existed out there. Listening and continuing to listen to this song OVERRRR... and OVERRRR... again. When someone is hating you for focusing on something else and not them, by doing so you are crucified? Life is Nothing without a music... It is the power of the music that makes someone moves, realize and even recalling those memories which happens into our life, all those hardships, Persecutions and even those sorrowful moments which also teach us to be brave enough conquering your own self like a last man in your own battles... That was one of my Reflections after listening to this song.

Story time: I have anxiety, and it is really bad, my grandpa died when I was in the sixth grade and still I get depressed and anxiety kicks in to ruin my day. So many of my close friends are moving away from me and I am very sad about it because I feel like I will be alone again. I see these comments and see people have had so much struggle and I shall pray for u forever.

This is the best piece music I have heard. This music also reminded me of my graduating days. Whenever I hear it, I would cry. I really miss my friends. They are like my real brothers and sisters. Although we knew each other for only 4 years, I feel that we knew each other since we were young. I pray that in their next phase of life, that God will give them strength and courage to go through every obstacle they will face. The thought of not meeting them everyday anymore really breaks my heart. Dear Lord, please bless my friendmily, God that you will give them strength and courage to face every difficulty they will face oh Lord. There is one stage that you will not sad when everyone that close to you be someone best friends .. there is no time to cry just looking forward and forget what you lose and protect what you have .... Being alone more painful than getting hurt

I learned to laugh, I learned to cry. Will I ever learn to say goodbye? I'll never learn to say goodbye but except for saying "I love you".. That'll be my way of saying goodbye....

My friend.. Jordan died in a car crash.. He was.. my best friend. He treated me like his own brother. We were together all the time. We played together, ate together and went to school together. Then one day he moved away. Then two days later, he died R.I.P Jordan 2001-2015 I love you :)

The greatest pain I will feel will not be a physical one, a friend once told me that. Now that he's passed away I understand what he meant. Letting go is unbearably painful and almost too much. I haven't learned to say goodbye, but I did learn to say I'll see you once again. Its been too long, my friend. I hope my prayers reached you and that you will remember me when I see you again up in heaven where we'll take our eternal rest.

Just met a stranger beautiful lady down the road..we talk a lot and enjoying the conversation.. everything seems beautiful until her boyfriend pick her up..never had a chance to see her again since then and dont even knew her name..theres nothing i can do except wishing her well and always be happy..wish we can met again sometimes :)

I'm sorry for the losses everyone has. I had one. I'm still broken. I can never see my dog again.... Though I wish to. I couldn't say goodbye. I was too late. I wanna just see my princess again. True Story... It was just a normal day... until my Grandpa passed out. Then my Grandma called the ambulance...and she was holding his arm while she was trying to walk with him...but he fell and never got up..so there he went...to the hospital. And his final words were....I love my family...Amen. Then got buried...And there you have it...he lost his daughter....His Wife, grandkids...but he never forgot us. I listen to this song and think about my grandpa...I love you.

I have only listened to this song bc my bf listened to it, and he likes it, he lives on another continent to me...this song constantly reminds me of him, and hopefully he will see this comment and know it's me :) I love you Jay ( thank you for this edit btw :))

I don't know why but something about this song reminds me of my cousin. She committed suicide in March and everyone has had a hard time dealing with her loss. This would be the perfect song for a remembrance video next year. It is definitely the best instrumental song I have heard in a while.
